Overall we had a good time at the apartment, the host met us late at night after we’ve arrived, which we are thankful for. The property has kitchen (with not great equipment, but enough to cook something simple), bathroom is new and everything works well, beds are comfortable, AC works great. They clean up the room daily.

As the apartment is located in the city centre, it’s quite noisy at night. Kitchen equipment could be renewed.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Parking easy to find. Breakfast at the bar was fine and staff was amazing. Pasquale waited for us for a very late check-in without any complaints. He was very accommodating and always replied quickly to my questions and messages.

The only thing that I was not happy with was the cleaning ladies would move my items that were either sitting on the desk or dressers and put them away in the closet. Not a big deal however it always took me time to find where everything was once I got back.

Great host (food recommendations, great communication, very friendly and helpful,...) I was suprised by daily room service Breakfast in Bar Domino nearby Nice and spacious room, well equiped View from room, surrounding 2x air conditioning both in bedroom and kitchen

Only MINOR things - no towel hanger in bathroom, broken shower head (will be replaced :) ), missing corkscrew :D, 3rd bed is basicaly extra bed, not "full one".

Our B&B host, Pasquale, was wonderful!!!. Because we were so late arriving by train, he generously offered to picked us up. He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations and made reservations. Bar Domino provided delicious pastries with their coffee.

We had difficulties operating the shower controls...written instructions would help.

Everything was amazing. Great new rooms, generous breakfast and good location.

Parking was a little difficult to find especially in the evenings. Sometimes we had to park a few blocks away. Would be amazing if the hotel had designated parking.

Clean, in city centre and everything is available around, from shops to groceries. The place was warm and nice and cleaned every day properly. The room had a coffee machine with sugars and all the utensils needed, if you travel with kids they provide a baby milk warmer

Our rooms were modern and and clean, and our host was friendly and helpful. He gave us very good dinner recommendations. I would highly recommend the Pizzeria, "475 Gradi" that is within 2 minutes walking distance.

The first flight of stairs are a bit steep.
