I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the manager was especially generous and welcoming. No request was ever too much, and the rooms were spotless. I truly felt taken care of and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was delicious and varied, with some of the food being changed every three days. I booked that hotel for five weeks because I was in Istanbul for medical reasons and I considered the hotel was good.

The sewing system can be improved, at least in the bathroom that I had.

Even though the location of the hotel is close to downtown and in a good area, there was no parking space for the hotel tenants, it was really hard to find a parking spot for my car close to the hotel

Breakfast was surplus. Room was very comfortable. Shower worked perfectly well. I think my room was next to a smoker because I kept on smelling the stench of cigarette smoke but it didn't bother me too much

The wifi was down for two days which was torturing

I had a problem with the electricity bottom in my room, and there is no parking for the hotel.

Breakfast was good, the hotel is on the european side of istanbul but my flight was on the asian side which was tricky. but the staff were nice and i enjoyed my stay

The hotel was a bit hidden in a neighbourhood where you had to walk long miles away to find other things you will like to do.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful we felt like we were visiting family instead of just staying at a hotel.

I would say all the services in the hotel are 7 stars, the staff and the canteen and the cleaner team.

The air conditioner is not working in the hot weather and the window didn't open fully. Also, the location of the hotel is not suitable for public transportation.
