Great, nice, polite and professional stuff. Special thanks to Mr. Atajan - really nice and helpful person. Hotel is new. Room is small and comfortable. Everything in room worked, trust me, it is very important ( in Istanbul hotels there is a rule that nothing works in the room and they think it is normal). Basic breakfast but enough for us. One thing is interesting - in all 3 TV screens in the lobby and breakfast room they play amazing calm music and images of seaside, nature and animals which relax you incredible. All hotels in Istanbul give you politics, wars, blood and horror in the hotel screens. This was paradise for a change. A lot of channels in the cable TV, normal hot water, enough power outlets, normal WiFi, lights... Hotel is 10 minutes away from Sefakoy metrobus stop and you also have Armoni shopping mall nearby, shops, food... This is excellent place for patients who are recovering after different procedures in near hospitals - they will have peace, quiet and comfortable recovering. My wife is a doctor so please take her advice - chose this hotel among others with 4* and 5* which are much cheaper, yes, but will make your life living horror, they lie, they cheat and you can easily get sick there. Here, everything is like on the photos. We discovered this hotel after long search, we will recommend it to everybody and we will come again if they dont raise the price. Once again - thank you Atajan for being so nice and helpfull.

Nothing is perfect, but dont let small things make you chose other hotel. Price is higher yes but we think it is OK for now comparing with other hotels. This is peacefull hotel but bring ear plugs just in case. Location is not for tourists but perfect for business travelers and patients of nearby hospitals. Dear hotel, you are only couple steps away from perfection !

Hotel Review I stayed at this hotel for one week with my elderly mum, looking for a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy our time together, and it exceeded all expectations! The hotel itself is amazing—stylish room design with an enormous room size with very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, close to local shops and plenty of great places to eat. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with complimentary tea. The coffee was the best I’ve had in Istanbul—though I regret only discovering this on my last morning! The team is professional, friendly, and always kind in answering any questions we had. From the front desk to housekeeping . Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Everything was great. But especially, it was very kind of them to send the stuffed animal toy we forgot in the room to our home city by cargo. This toy is very special for my son and he hasn’t slept without it for years. We didn’t realize we had forgotten the toy because we left the hotel in a bit of a hurry. When we returned to our home city in the evening and couldn’t find the toy, we informed the hotel. They immediately took care of it and sent it to us the next day. Thank you again very much.

The hotel is nice and ver well situated. Different restaurants and chopping boutiques are nearby. The rooms are clean and very confortable, and the stuff nice and very friendly. The breakfast was good. I loved my staying in the hotel and highly recommend it.

Good location - public transport nearby, a lot of shops and places to eat. Large room, very good bed, room cleaning every day. Free access to coffee machine and water

Breakfast is very strange. All you get is a plate, covered with food film, with 1 boiled egg, some pieces of cheese and meat, some vegetables and olives with bone. And coffee from coffee machine. That's all. Bread on a table, one potion of chocolate paste, honey and fruit jam. Compared to other Turkish breakfast it is very tiny

The Staff was great, clean, parking space was more than welcomed for that area, quiet for sleeping, great area for street food experience, great location for small shopping with 2 shopping centers near by and local business.

As being at the ground floor, sometimes the smell from the bathrooms leaks was noticeably, however the ventilation system took the job in serios:) and no problem overall. An extra pillow and blacked were welcome to have them in the room, but you can ask if needed.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the hotel is calm and away from crowded tourist areas, which is great if you are looking for comfort! I will definitely come back

The breakfast lacked variety, and I couldn't eat the same thing for several days, so I had to eat outside the hotel

This was the most great hotel we experienced in Istanbul. Me and my husband together got a big room, we are really take care about the details as clean, very clean and top services, especially Atazhan there helped us a lot with very kind attitude, whenever what time you ask him he will really ready to help! We enjoyed our stay, if next time we come, will still choose, it deserve 5 stars!

The hotel looks brand new, neat and clean. All the interiors and facilities were top notch. The staff was helpful even though language was a barrier. They were even a bit considerate and flexible with checkout time. Location is great as it is 5 minutes walking from shopping/market area. I would definitely recommend it.

Nothing negative to say as we stayed there just for a night. However they can definitely give bottles of water in the rooms instead of water cuplets.
