We arrived at the hotel around 4 AM, well before the official check-in time, but the staff was very kind and accommodating. For an extra 15 euros, they arranged a room for us right away, which we really appreciated after a long trip. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One minor downside was that the walls weren’t well soundproofed — we could hear even small sounds like someone coughing. At one point, the staff knocked on our door just to check if everything was okay, which was a nice gesture, though a bit unusual. The hotel is in a good location, close to the Metrobus, and the place is easy to find. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few quirks.

In my visit to Istanbul i only needed a place to sleep at night, because it was my first time to visit Turkey and i wanted to explore it. This hotel fulfilled my needs because the room and bathroom were clean, it had a TV and a fridge, and the hotel's place was excellent, it was so near it took two minutes walking to the bus stop where you can go anywhere you want in istanbul and also was near to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.

My stay at the Express Inci Hotel was stellar. It's rare to find a place where every element aligns to create a perfect guest experience, but this hotel managed to do just that. I had no complaints whatsoever.

Ivery clean, the staff was very nice , very good location. Highly recommend . Yashar was very kind and helpful and always smiling, compliments for his good level of English and Russian . When we gona return to Istanbul for sure we gone book again the room at the hotel.

We didn't found any anything to dislike

The hotel was perfect for the purpose of our visit (wanted to stay close to the Küçükçekmece district), and the room was big enough for two people and the bathroom too.

The hotel can be reached only by bus or car, there is no nearby metro. It is true what others had mentioned before about the bed being too hard. Also, there is no soundproofing, so what happens on the corridor can be clearly heard inside the room. In addition, the remote controller for the tv was hardly functioning because the batteries were too lose in it. But our biggest problem was the faint but constant cigarette smoke.

The room was nice. The hotel staff was very nice. Every question I asked was answered in a good way and solved my problem.

A trip was ok but could do with a bigger fridge or a microwave

it was clean enough, there were nice shops, restaurants and snack bars nearby. I really liked that there was a parking space. I also liked that there was an elevator.

the room was quite cramped for 4 people, I think its capacity is for two at most. Two of the beds were slightly broken and sagging. It was also a bit noisy due to traffic and guests at the hotel next door.

I love this hot for the price if you're willingly to go on a budget. The room I stayed is very quiet and nice and warm during the winter.

One thing I did not like is the bed because the mattress is too hard sometimes I struggle to sleep once or twice.
