The hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing. I had the best time as a first time solo female traveller. They made me feel so beautifully looked after. The hotel is in a perfect location of Kadikoy with great access to all transport to take you to all the sites. The breakfast was good! While I caught a cold, Vildan gave me soup and a lemon/honey herbal tea with my breakfast. I felt really looked after and attended to in everyday. The sauna/hamam was amazing! I wish I used it more, you get the facility all to yourself when you book it! Overall - I would never forget this experience and would certainly stay here again when visiting Istanbul. Thank you to all the staff, namely Yusuf, Vildan ,beşir ,muhammed. They are all such kind and genuine people I have had the pleasure of meeting.

This place is in the heart of the action and activity - just off the main road and around the corner from restaurants and shops. The location was great. The breakfast is okay but after the second day its gets boring. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is very small but it has the necessities. It does get noisy at night due to the location but we don't mind that as we can sleep through festivities, but keep that in mind if you looking for a peaceful stay.

The internet was really bad, We kept loosing connection and I ended up buying and e-sim online via Airalo.

We stayed at this hotel for one night between connecting flights. Overall, the location is excellent — close to the metro, ferry terminals, plenty of restaurants, and nice spots to walk around

However, a few things could be improved: 1. The central location also came with a downside - it was quite noisy at night with people shouting and talking loudly outside, which made it hard to sleep 2. We had an issue with the air conditioner. It was making a very loud noise, and we had to call the front desk staff to turn it off 3. The bed was uncomfortable - too short for someone 6 feet tall (my feet were sticking out), too narrow for two people, and there was no blanket, just a thin sheet. We ended up feeling cold during the night

The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was very helpful, everything we needed or asked for they've always been very polite and helpful. They offered to keep out luggage, after check-out, before our flight, so we could enjoy one last walk in Kadikoy. The room size was good and the location of this hotel is great - very close to metro, bus station and ferry station. A central area with lots of restaurants and pubs near it ( if you like a quiet break this may not be your best choice). Breakfast may benefit of a little variety but it was tasty, eggs cooked by the lovely kitchen ladies just before served with a mix of cheeses and vegetables plus jam, honey and butter.

1. The location was really convenient. It is 10 minutes walk away from boats and the metro connection directly to the Sabiha Gökçen airport. It is also in the middle of Kadiköy so it is close to many shops like pubs or restaurants or boudtiques or pharmacy. Every night you can enjoy Kadiköy nightlife right at your doorstep. Kadiköy itself is a great location as you have ferries that go everywhere around Istanbul and more. 2. Amenities were really nice. Rooms are clean, wifi is good. The desk is 24/7. You also have a spa on-site that you can use. What is unique, other than jacuzzi and sauna, there is a hammam room that you can use privately without breaking the bank like those hammams in the city or in other big hotels. It is maybe nice for couple private hammam. Its a good alternative. Breakfast is also included and is always delicious. Its not a buffet breakfast but you can request for what you want to have breakfast. By default it is a mezze and you get an omelette with either tea or coffee. 3. Very friendly and helpful staff who will attend to you and always have pleasant demeanor. It feels like you have personalized service. Room service always provides you with extra water and teabags and instant coffee. Very lovely service. Overall, I definitely will stay again here if I had a chance and I highly recommend it.

Quiet a good location: despite the fact that the hotel is located in noisy area with a large number of small streets (which makes it difficult to find, especially for the first time), window of our room overlooked a quiet street. The hotel is quite close to the ferry pier, the bus station, and the metro. There are no full-sized supermarkets, but there are enough small stores. The room is small, but the bathroom is quite large. Comfortable bed. There is a kettle and a mini fridge (you need to know that it's based on a thermoelement, so you shouldn't expect strong cooling – but you can cool water, ayran and snacks). Efficient air conditioning. Nice reception staff, good condition of the hotel in general, clean. We liked the breakfast: it's fixed, but there is more than enough food. Hot – eggs in different variations.

The furniture is a little worn out. The air conditioner is a little noisy, especially in the first minutes after turning it on. Breakfast can be started a little earlier: if you have a daytime flight (especially from IST), you may not have time to have breakfast.

Great location steps away from the main terminals (ferry, tram, train, bus) of Kadikoy, and also to the interesting areas around the neighborhood. Street is generally quiet, and staff is very friendly. Room was clean and is exactly how it is pictured. Appreciated that there was a desk and fridge. Property has an elevator which is a big plus. Breakfast was also generous and good.

if you want to stay in Karakoy this your best choice. The hotel is near all the good bars and nice restaurants, but at the same time there is no noise and you can sleep very well. Staff is really amazing, they will do anything to help you and make tour stay as smooth as possible. I cannot thank enough Bashir always with a genuine smile and his good energy to make the best for you. And please don’t miss breakfast, not only because it’s good but the main attraction is Vildan, the lady who serves the breakfast and will certainly make yoy laugh a lot, give you tips for good restaurants and prepare your favorite omelets and toasts. Would definitely stay there again!!
