Nice and clean hotel. The terrace next to the kitchen had a nice view, breakfast buffet had everything you would need. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the middle of the neighbourhood on very crowded streets but we did not feel unsafe, everybody minded their own business. :) It was great to have everything around us: markets, restaurants, pubs, clothing stores, pharmacy.

The only bad thing was that there was a smell coming from the toilet, probably from the drainage. But we had the windows open.

The lovely ladies who run this place are amazing, friendly, and will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. We are hoping to return next year!! Absolutely loved the location, situated in the hustle and bustle of Kadikoy. 7 minutes away from the ferry transport that takes you to all the different places of interest. Busses and Metro all short walking distance away. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a sea view. My husband spent some evenings sitting up on the roof terrace watching the street life and boats on the sea.

First we liked the welcome from the staff. The staff was very welcoming. This made us feel very good from the beginning. The room was in full compliance with our needs, offering a very pleasant suite, with a very spacious surface and a very good decoration. The cleanliness was excellent. Drinking water, tea, coffee, cappuccino, etc. were never missing in the room. all of a very good quality. The conditions offered a very comfortable sleep, making us feel at home. The toilet and its equipment very clean and completely sufficient. Breakfast was abundant and varied. Even for breakfast, the care of the staff was present, fulfilling every desire we had to try the flavors of traditional and modern Turkish cuisine. The position of the hotel was excellent, since its location created facilities to go to every part of Kadikoy, Istanbul. Located near the port as well as in the heart of the traditional part of Kadikoy, Loka Suites gave us the opportunity to visit almost all the places in this part of Istanbul within a few days. My family and I decide to come back to this hotel, as soon as the conditions for a trip to Istanbul are created. We would recommend this hotel to all categories, as not only family travelers, but also couples or single travelers, will find in this hotel a warmth and comfort that will impress them.

I don't have any feelings for anything that I didn't like. Since we felt at home, I have no dissatisfaction in any aspect.

Excellent small, inconspicuous hotel. Excellently furnished, full of nice details. Location next to the mosque but the rooms are well soundproofed so it's not too loud. The hostess is very kind and helpful, a little bad with English but with today's technology everything is solved. Entering and exiting the building is not a problem at all.All major means of transportation are nearby and it is easy to get to any part of the city.

I have no complaints, these are all small things that are affected by time and people. In our room (104), in the bathroom, the fan did not work but it is easy to air out the whole space. As with most of these small hotels, the breakfast area is on the top of the building. You can eat outside but beware of the seagulls. There is really nothing to complain about.

The location was absolutely perfect! Loka Suites is situated in Kadıköy, which is easily accessible by a direct subway line from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW) — you can take it from the first station to the last. Plus, there are limousines that go to Istanbul Airport (IST), making it super convenient for both domestic and international flights. Loka Suites is just a short walk from Kadıköy Station and is located on the upper floors of an apartment building in a lively area. This makes shopping and dining incredibly easy. I also stayed in the Old Town of Istanbul, but compared to that, restaurants here were much more affordable. The facilities and amenities at Loka Suites were great, and the overall comfort was amazing. The staff was super friendly, too. The breakfast was delicious, and having it on the terrace while enjoying the view made it feel like a real luxury. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely love to stay here once more.

The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the sounds from other rooms.

Good location with easy access to everything in Kadikoy. Great breakfast, fresh bread daily with cheeses, meats, salads, jams and spreads, cereals and boiled eggs. Coffee and turkish tea, juice and milk. Access to the breakfast room to bring your own takeaway meals for lunch/dinner if required. Comfy bed and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Limited English spoken by staff however they did use translation apps when needed. The surrounding area is noisy, people, traffic (11pm to 10am) and a mosque very close by, the windows are badly fitted and not sound proof. There was a drain odour in the bathroom that seemed to come and go.

The location is cool, not too difficult to find and enter. About 10-minute work from Kadikoy. The view from the breakfast zone on the top floor is stunning, you can see Bosporus and the city! And they have a balcony! The hosts and the staff are friendly and easy to deal with. The room was clean, modern and cozy, had everything we need. Felt like home! The stairs are also very cute, but mind there is no elevator in the house (wasn't a problem for us. but people complain in their reviews).

The internet connection via wi-fi was unstable and sometimes slow, but the place is still amazing!

Very nice room with great patio for breakfast in the morning with a view of the city. Quite at night. Nice staff in hotel, though they did not speak English. Short walk to the ferry to get to the tourist activities.

Staff did not speak English so did not have anyone to ask about activities/advice. There was a person I could message on Booking.com that spoke English so got some info that way but was not ideal. Did not reply to my multiple messages on how to get to hotel until after we landed so I figured it out on my own and it was a bit of a hassle. Info they did give was helpful but didn't see it until after I got to the hotel.

very convenient location, especially if you arrive or depart from Sabiha airport - direct metro line, from the metro to the hotel 5-7 minutes, to the ferry as well. also on the street there are a lot of cafes and restaurants. Compared to other areas you do not have to drag a suitcase up steep hills or take a taxi. Also I did not understand why in the comments people write that it is difficult to find the hotel, it is located at the address, the entrance is from the street and there is a sign on the facade. We liked the owners of the hotel, very hospitable, also allowed us to leave the suitcase after check-out until the evening. Liked the renovation, everything is quite new and clean, the price fully matches the quality. Breakfasts are on the top floor with a small open terrace, it is convenient that you can come there at any time. We think that we will return to this hotel next time

As was already written in the comments, the breakfasts were average, we were prepared, so we weren't upset and took light snacks with us for breakfast. the room was small, but for two for a few days - ok.
