Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed. Nice traditional Turkish breakfast, good value for money.

I ALWAYS start my morning with a coffee but it wasn't included with the breakfast (only tea) and they had to wait for next door to open before I could buy one so I would go to the hotel across the street & buy one there. I had to ask for toilet paper 2 of the days that I stayed. No fault of the hotel but they really need to change their cleaning team as they didn't replenish towels or clean room every day. My room had no window but for me that was fine as I was out all day & being its a busy street with lots of loud music it made it quiet in there at night. Other people may not like a room without a window though so check before booking.

They really took care of me as if I am family. Everyone at the reception, especially Can and the man with light hair and sad eyes. The cleaning crew is wonderful and kind - they took care of my needs and helped to know how to find things around the city. They also speak many languages. Kuzen Otel is a three star hotel, so if you need all the luxury - please find a five star hotel, so your expectations are met. But here in the heart of Kodikoy it’s a great hotel for this price. The location is nice - everything is very close. The city lives its life, so don’t expect a quiet neighborhood (I was sleeping just find with my headphones on). People come here to watch soccer, spend time with fiends and enjoy local food. I had a good experience.

The hotel does not have an elevator and it’s a little inconvenient.

the food is good, room is nice, the stuff very very nice and they try to do all the best for you, also I read coments about noise, ineed is noise but only until 12 after seems to be silence. also one more thing for stuff, room 206 for single use need a little bit paint on the ceiling

Wow, what a little gem for the price, in the heart of a bustling area so a little bit of noise but nothing I couldn't handle and I hate noise, it all finished at a reasonable time and it was dark, quiet and peaceful. I booked a single room which was perfect for what I needed, the hotel staff were brilliant and helpful. Enough storage in room, excellent bathroom and shower. Very clean and comfy. I absolutely loved this hotel and what a fabulous area

Nothing to complain about, not even anything insignificant

We stayed only for one night, so it was okay. Bathroom was clean, room was spacious enough, bed was comfy. Location is great. Close to ferry and metro M4 from airport.

Furniture needs some refresh, there was open balcony behind closed curtains in the room, we did not know that, so anybody could get in while we were away. Man at reception desk was not very welcoming, did not tell us anything about check out time, breakfast times etc. Just gave us a room card and goodbye.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, the location was super convenient since it was close to the airport and metro station and ferry. I really liked the breakfast which was included in the price, cleanliness of the room, and the staff. The hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing and rooms are pretty!

Overall experience was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect: easily accessible from the airport, near transportation hub from where you can go anywhere, plenty of cafes and restaurants and other places any tourist needs.

There is no lift and spiral stairs quite narrow, so with heavy and bulky luggage it’ll be a bit uncomfortable. It’s right in the heart of Kadikoy, where night life is very active. I didn’t mind it, but it might be challenging for light sleepers. Wifi is not very stable and i had poor connection in my room. Wouldn’t rely on it of I planned working or conducting trip research.

Very conveniently located, close to the Metro and ferries. Very nice staff. Some minor problems when checking in which they sorted quickly, I'd definitely stay here again!

Some of the room safes did not work properly, solved with a room change.

the property is super central for Kadikoy, 3minute to port on foot, and close by to many bars. rooms are clean, and look better than in pics. i expected them to be smaller, so i was positively surprised. breakfast was nice, but same every day, and may not be enough for people who like a heavier breakfast. staff is friendly and ready to help.

we stayed over the weekend and OMG it was loud - there is soo many bars in that small alley where the hotel is located, music was mixed from all those places, shouting from the people and not even ear plugs could help.

Usual, not expensive hotel at the centre at Kadikoy.

There are a lot of bars and cafes around and there are too noisy in the evening. There is no kettle to make tea. There is not tea service at the reception. I had to go to another cafe to make a tea. Can you imagine it? There is no tea in a Turkish hotel. Also the staff was unfriendly.
