- very good location by the beach - cheap parking - friendly staff - good facilities all around - nice clean pool - great value for money - clean room - events bars everything you need in one place - i did not have my dog with me but it was nice to see they are welcome at the hotel - nice food 👍🏿

- drinks and a lot of stuff not included in the price during summer for the half board. Would be nice to at least have free water. - rooms are a bit retro, would be nice to renovate or modernize a bit. - curtains do not keep the light out. - AC is not very strong. - food selection could have been a bit more diverse during dinners. - no minibar in room. - gift shop could use more items

not bad at all, the staff is friendly and polite, most speak English and German, the food is good, but after five days it's a bit monotonous. The impressions are good. The sea is very close. The pool is great. We had to struggle with parking and find a place. And the weather let us down. It rained for two days. The biggest disappointment is the road through Slovenia! Traffic jams and traffic jams! Horrible!

If the weather is bad and there is no opportunity to go outside, there is no entertainment at all.

I had an extremely enjoyable stay at this hotel with my dog (pet friendly for an extra small modest fee). Dejan, operating the front office and reception, was extremely friendly and very helpful and informative... welcoming both myself and my dog with genuine sincerity. (He also can speak English.) Although my hotel room was basic (modestly furnished) and a little small, it was very functional, clean, and comfortable (well suited for one or two nights). The double bed wasn't too hard or too soft and allowed for a decent night's sleep. Apart from a private bathroom, the room had a small private balcony, with a basic table & chairs set. The only small negative aspect about the room was the tiny shower cubicle....but it was sufficient to shower in (good supply of hot water and complimentary bath gel). The property has a decent sized carpark (€3 per vehicle per day) and a large, clean pool. The place also boasts a large restaurant that offers great buffet dinners (beer, wine & soft drinks included) and an inclusive buffet breakfast with the room. When I checked in, Dejan told me if I precooked the dinner upon arrival it's a mere €3 extra per buffet per night (fantastic value...and the buffet selections are vast, varied and very delicious = SENSATIONAL!!). The hotel also offers a large bar and a small games room suitable for children (free pool table and coin-operated games machines). Located very close to the sea (which is clean and suitable for swimming) there are also other activities and equipment available; mini-golf, children's playground, bike hire shop, small market and a few bars/restaurants for examples. The only small downside to their location is the distance to the nearest town....but it can be easily reached by bike or car. All the staff are very friendly, which allows for a wonderful stay....I'm just disappointed that I could only stay one night.

Amazing location everything you need is within walking distance(spa, shop, pharmacy, sea and go on and on). Such a lovely staff. Loads of sports activities and relaxation to choose from. Superb air conditioning in the room that was a very big plus! Already thinking of booking again and we are not the kind of travellers who are coming back to places, we like to discover but this was great place to stay. A great plus is that you can useths the sister hotel for a spa, pool and coffee. Great little hotel, and for the price you are getting a lot!

Loud air-conditioning outside the hotel (we stayed in 402 4th floor apartment and it was very loud) We had to have windows closed as it was very interrupting at night. Horrible coffee, this was a big problem as we do enjoy a good coffee but either in the lobby or in the restaurant the coffee wasn't good

Half board was ok, diverse food, fruit, drinks etc. First time in life we were welcomed in our native Slovenian language. Big congratulations on that. Beautiful location, easy access to nearby town Novigrad by tourist train or on foot. Very clean rooms.

Their machine coffee was horrible in our opinion. Also some juices have very artificial unnatural taste. In the dinning room they have no food heaters under prepared dishes so they get cold quickly. Room was indeed very small, for a family of three it was quite a challenge to move around.

2 hotels and camp all as one resort - can use all the facilities, enough to keep the whole family entertained - trampolines, pools with kids shallow areas, the beach and beach club, minidisco, minigolf, sea pool with views/sunset and with aqua gym daily

I really like the services they provide and staff is super friendly and nice. Location is amazing close to city center of Novigrad. Great value for money. They have exceptional food at breakfast and dinners as well.

It was great value for money although rooms were really small but that totally accetable in 3 stars hotel for great price.

The outside and the lobby was really nice and gave a really comfortable and chilled out vibe.

The rooms were a bit outdated, albeit clean and nice. Maybe its a bit weird to say, but nowadays you fully expect to get a key card for your hotel room door, we got a key. Doesn’t matter though, it still opens the door right? The room was nicely put together, a bit small but still cosy. It could do with a renovation soon though, as I feel that the outside esthetic of the hotel doesn’t quite match the inside - rooms. Thw lobby is nice.

The location and food and price were great!! Our room was quite small. We had to stow Our luggage under the bed. Also we were not aware that at this time of the year the hotel would be full (!) of school children and teenagers. Lastly, using the wellness at the bigger hotel is very expensive. On the positive side again, the staff was very friendly!

All was great! Location- forest around, city center is walk distance 15 min, food was tasty, personal_ super! area of the hotel itself great with a lot of possibilities for free time in spite of swimming pool and sea!)

Very small bath room, the adult in normal weight and slim- hardly could fit the douches cabin, and towels should be for sure changed for better/new ones.
