Clean and getting updated since IHG just took it over recently. Fragrance smelled really nice in the hallways. Basic but had a fridge, microwave, and small counter and sink. Maybe the hotel just wasn't full but it was pleasantly very quiet. A very delicious Italian restaurant in town that the front desk recommended!

Bed frame was clunking with every small shift. The room could use a small nightstand or shelf for the other side. There was a bit of a sulfur smell in the room, I am only guessing it may have been from the industry activities in the area. I expect everything will be great once the remodel is complete.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

I didn’t like that they say they have a pool but it turns out you have to go to Staybridge inn next door and the same for breakfast. Also the tv didn’t work and the front desk person didn’t know how to help me. She just said I don’t know. It would be nice if they would provide paper towels or napkins and possibly some dishes and salt and pepper.

Breakfast can be okay day to day.

It's the premade omelets and powdered eggs that are not very good. I don't like that there are only 2 pillows in each room and they are small. There are no cooking utensils and none available to use. Why is a guest being deprived of the luxury of the room? They should give them if asked and if not returned charge to the room for none return.

It smelled amazing as soon as you walk in! Even if it was “under repair” the stay was great . Staff was very nice and helpful! Very easy to check in / out . The room was great it was very big for two people !

It had a full kitchen(no oven), roomy bathroom, clean, full breakfast next door, comfy bed, helpful staff.

The shower/bath water did not get hot enough. It was just warm, so we did fast showers.

The shower head. I was in an accessible room. The shower head was so high, if I had been in a wheelchair I never would have been able to reach it. The way it was attached it didn't aim done, it aimed sideways.
