Great staff!!! Room was big, clean and comfortable. It had mini frig, good tv, good AC, awesome blackout curtains (had to set alarm or I would have slept all day). I can’t comment on breakfast because I slept till checkout. I booked going south and rebooked on my way back north. I would definitely recommend this place.

no one at front desk and I was overcharge different from price on bookings.com and no one at the hotel would help me, told me to contact bookings as they are the ones that overcharge and then booking tells me it’s the hotel. so getting the run around about being over charged, I was not happy!!!

The staff is always courteous and helpful with any request I may have. The rooms are clean but the interior hallways need some attention. The area to walk your pets is outstanding, plenty of room to where you really don't need to worry about running into other pets. The location is perfect located off the main drag and surrounded by places to eat and shop actual walking distance even an ice cream parlor.

The only thing I don't like is the 3:00pm check-in time. This has been an inconvenience for us because our trip is about 436 miles and we like to be on the road around 5:00am to beat the rush hours in the major cities we pass through. Sine we come 3 times a year They have allowed us to check in early the past two trips so being a regular does has it's perks.

Was pleasantly surprised that there was Philadelphia cream cheese. Dove products for shower. Staff was very pleasant, especially Pete. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

pancakes were hard, waffles would have been better. A seating area outside not in pool area would be nice

Very clean room and lobby area. Staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

The pool looked murky and the actual room had a weird smell. We think it was coming from the shower curtain. It was almost a sour or musty smell that hit you as soon as you entered the room.

The rooms were nice and updated

Hotel is under renovation. Nothing was mentioned at time of booking. Tub in room 430 did not drain when taking a shower. And you need to update the Continental breakfast arrangements to accommodate the people. There was literally no room to do anything

Great place. Comforted beds, quiet room. However, ice machine was broken, pool closes at dusk. No luggage trolley so lots of back and forth from car to elevator to room and back. Several times. But I would stay there again , definitely.

This hotel has hands down the best customer service I have ever encountered on any hotel stay. Every employee was open and engaging asking "how we slept", or "is everything in your room okay". Great stay.

It was well maintained and clean. They also have a friendly staff and a great complimentary hot breakfast, complete with on-demand, freshly roasted coffee, made by the cup, which was a very nice touch.
