We didn't eat here in the hotel, so no comment on food or breakfast. It was quite busy when we passed by. The rooms are very large, comfortable with excellent facilities. The rooms had large doors and looked (non-expert) to be very suitable for differently able people.

Spa was only available if booked. Not able to sauna / steam without 40 Euro charge. There was no air-conditioning or visible heating for the room. I suggest checking this, before booking if going in high summer or winter.

Great design, ample space and superb condition. Someone decided to let professional designers do their work and this paid off (or someone just had good taste). Very comfortable, very customer oriented and also great cuisine on the spot - the restaurant is top notch. There were also car charging stations in the garage, bicycle parking station and also a separate bicycle storage room and cleaning station - amazing in comparison with most other places. Highly recommended.

A great hotel in Pirna - very convenient as our first stop in our Malerweg hike. Extremely nice staff - helped us with everything, arranged a ventilator (it was a very hot day) and even agreed to keep our luggage when we finished the hike even though it was a week after our stay. Highly recommended.

Spacious & cosy apartment. For parking pls check in at receptionist thereafter use the room card to access the parking garage.

No airconditioning. However i was there in sep & the weather was cooling when we open the window.

Staff were very helpful, the rooms are quite large and include anything you require. Sitting outside the room in the balcony was also very enjoyable. Deserves a 5 star rating

The food at the restaurant could have been better quality to match the exceptional service of the hotel.

Beautiful design and well functioning suite. Convenient secure parking with charging points for electric cars. Lovely landscape design of the grounds.

Pillows were rubbish!

A great designer hotel done with a lot of thought and style. The food was excellent, even for vegetarians. The staff were very professional and friendly.

The pillows and the couch in the sitting area were a little uncomfortable. Live TV didn't function most of the time.

Clean and nice studio, friendly staff, good location for exploring the area.

The bed was too soft, luckily there was a sofa bed in the room which my partner could use.

Wi-fi didn’t work properly in the room. Netflix didn’t work on TV. Coffee machine was broken.
