Overall I was satisfied. Breakfast was enjoyable. Price was reasonable.

The website does say that the sauna is currently not operating which is correct but disappointing. My room (323) was in the part directly across from the main hotel. The entrance area feels and looks dated and is if needs painting.

Very good hotel. Nice staff and gigantic room. Close to the center. Very clean. And even with the wedding in the hotel, you didn't hear a thing from them.

Beds a bit hard for my taste. Probably could have asked for a topper though. Bread rolls are not from a bakery, but everything else at the breakfast was very tasty.

Breakfast was a 9.5 / 10.

No comment as we were very happy with everything. Maybe one comment as we were in the annex the internet connection was weak and often you lost contact.

Neat, newly renovated rooms, nicely furnished. Within walking distance of the center of Emden. Excellent breakfast with extensive choices.

Halfway through the evening no more WiFi and no TV signal. Probably caused by renovation work on the ground floor.

The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and professional. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. The room was a good size, quiet at night and the hotel provided a very good breakfast. Good secure bicycle storage.

Affordable hotel close to city center in Emden. You get what you pay for. Good service. Good German style restaurant. EV-chargers 300 meeters from the hotel.
