No Coffee Maschine in our room :( The Bed was made of 2 smaller beds and it was not as confortabile as we expected.

I liked the fact that it is located next to the beach, that you can have dinner consisting of different types of salads, daily cleaning. All the staff is attentive to customer requests, especially the manager/manager.

The breakfast, although quite rich, did not have many vegetables. Extremely small room. The swimming pool was not open on April 02, 2025 as I had been informed, it was under repair until the Easter holidays.

Everything was great, very pleasant and helpful staff, they contact you on whatsapp with instructions before arrival. Great breakfast, swimming pool with warm sea water (only they have it), free marked outdoor parking, nice, clean and cosy rooms. Great location, right next to the beach number 149 with special prices for their guests. Definitely recommend!

All the staff were very friendly from our arrival to departure. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from and again excellent service & coffee. Not far from restaurants, bars and an early morning walk along the beach with the fur baby is the perfect start to a day. Plus all the staff were very dog friendly. A great stop over - next time we would take a sea view room.

Our room at the back of the hotel was rather noisy - cars and trains, but maybe that’s an unfair comment because we live in the mountains with total silence.

The hotel is exactly as in the photos. It was a bit nicer than I had expected. The yellow sheer curtains are a nice touch. I was especially happy to have access to the heated saltwater pool (in October) and the spa. The staff is super attentive even when the hotel is quite busy. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering also some local salami and cheeses. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel to go to Rimini and Riccione.

-The location of the hotel is very good. It is situated by the beach and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes around and even more in short walking distance. -The hotel is lovely. We had a room with a balcony on the top floor facing both San Marino and the ocean. Facilities are great with restaurant, cafe-bar and a Spa wellness center. -All staff was lovely, very friendly and hard working and always greeted as with a smile. Nothing was trouble for them to answer our questions and provide assistance with any of our enquiries. -The room was clean, of good size and equipped with all the essential comodities. Daily housekeeping service throughout our stay. -Great breakfast variety (although I prefer scrambled eggs a bit more cooked, but that's my personal preference). There is an option to have lunch/dinner in the restaurant for a fixed price of €25 per person, which I totally recommend. It includes 2 main dishes plus buffet appetizers, and everything is delicious. We were also surprised at how fast and organized the service was. Good job, guys. - The spa was modern, luxurious and the massage we received from the therapist felt amazing. The only disappointment was that we didn't have the chance to try the jaccuzi as a group of guests were monopolizing it the whole evening ( but again this is not the hotel's fault but the education someone receives from home).

They were so kind both on chat and in person. They prepared the rose petals and the fine sparkling wine I asked for. The hotel and the room were nice and clean. The restaurant have exceptional view of the sunrise. We have enjoyed it very much. Thanks :) Oh and we liked the breakfast so much!

The SPA closed very soon, so we didn’t go, but I swam in the sea which was very close.

Lovely location, quiet location but easy to get into town. Amazing hotel food . Views from room were amazing and worth the extra. Pool was warm and jacuzzi was lovely . Staff very very friendly especially the owner, he went out of his way and made a fuss of our son

The pillows were very hard. We only had a mini bar fridge in our room (1 bedroom family apartment) we were force to leave food and drinks outside (wouldn't have very able to do that in the summer) . Spa was an additional charge of €25 pppd
