The hotel was great, old building remade to the hotel. We had no coffee station first but the brought it after the reminder. The location is great. Quiet and pleasant place. Breakfast was great. The location is very centric

buffet breakfast was great. Eggs, tortillas, juice, coffee, fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, toast. The works! The executive suite with the refer and microwave and coffee machine and space is worth every peso more! We had room 102.... at the end, not near the pool. That's the one!

The pool is small and if you don't get in before 4pm,the sun dips beyond the building, and it gets colder....of course.

For the price we paid, water would have been nice to be provided. There was 1 small bottle in the room for 2 people. Usually there is a water tank available near the room, so at least we could refill. A coffee maker would have been nice in the room-the room our friends had, there was a coffee maker.

Great hotel. The location is perfect and the Staff is friendly and efficiente. Having an small pool, really makes a difference and it was quiet in the morning before noon.

Other guests were noisy and I believe the staff could not do much about it. Maybe if they tell people when they are doing their check in that common areas should be respected.

the staff is five star. professional yet friendly. the breakfast is simply good. the water pressure is good. the bed is comfy. the room is sparkling clean.

This is a lovely hotel the place is spotlessly clean and all the staff we met were friendly and seemed to take pride in their work. The shower in the room has to be one of the most powerful showers I've ever had. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the small but perfect pool on a hot day. The breakfast buffet came with the room rate and was perfectly acceptable. Another good thing is the parking that belongs to the hotel and is very close. We really enjoyed our night at the hotel and in Colima itself we walked 5 minutes to the main square and all the restaurants and bars, with some lovely music playing.

The quality of the towels they were perfectly fine but not very large and fluffy. The fridge is in our room wasn't very cold I don't know if it needs adjustment or renewal.

Comfortable, clean, nice dipping pool. Good breakfast. Ask for a room with high cielings.

YThis property is fantastic. From the location to the staff, cleanliness, quietness and breakfast. The only minor issue is spotty wifi. If there are many people using it, ie evenings, it slows. NB: all the staff seem very happy, so IMO, this speaks volumes to the management !

Our first night was in 2 queen room pool side. Very lovely to sit outside the room and very clean. Decided to stay and extra night and took a few double rooms. Also very nice rooms on the 2nd floor. Beds were firm and slept excellent!

one of the queen rooms had a squeaky air conditioner. Otherwise the room was great!
