Without doubt the welcome from our hosts, who could not do enough for us, eg, they even trolleyed our wine from our car boot to their cellar so that it could be in a proper temperature during our brief stay. They also provided utensils for us to enjoy an evening salad which we had bought. Excellent local information on places/beaches to visit and restaurants, with bookings made for us. We had been traveling in France for 3 weeks, and we rated the breakfast here as one of the best....and to eat to a piano recital was extra special, as was the history of the Le Manoir in connection with the Resistance in WW2. Although the bathroom adjoining our bedroom was huge, two washbasins, super shower and everything you could possibly need, the toilet was across the landing and, I believe close to the accommodation of our hosts. This made us reluctant to use the facilities during the night in case we should disturb anyone. We had the room with two single beds. Possibly the other rooms are wholly "en-suite". A small point, but perhaps of interest.

The hosts, Marie Pierre and Jean, are such warm and welcoming people. The location is accessible to the major towns and tourist destinations. It is in a quiet village where you can relax. The breakfast was perfect and the piano playing was an unexpected delight. We want to return to Brittany and we plan to book here again.

Truly special place. The room was beautiful, cozy, and quiet. Tea leaves from the garden in the room for guests who want an evening tea. So peaceful. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. Not to mention a delicious breakfast!

This Chambre D'Hotes is just perfect in every way. We had the joy of staying here as part of our biking holiday and we can honestly say, we've never received such a warm welcome. The hosts are quite literally the nicest, warmest, most open and friendly people you could wish to meet. The rooms are stunning - huge, comfortable, even with a kettle and tea / coffee and with a beautiful bathroom. The food we had, both dinner and breakfast was five star quality - utterly delicious and all home made. The hosts were so interesting, kind to our children and are amazing at what they do. To top it all, we had a personal jazz concert at breakfast which was a first - and once-in-a-lifetime experience!
