The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Paul the manager helped us many times. My mother has mobility issues and he got us a fantastic room that was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for him or the team! The ladies on the restaurant were lovely and welcoming and the food was delicious. A really relaxing stay.

The staff are friendly, the manager is very capable, very helpful and friendly. I asked the the server in the restaurant if it's possible for the chef to cook something small for my toddler and they made it. It's also a very pet friendly hotel. Love it!

The bedroom is pretty small but the bathroom is big

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We arrived at lunch time, but lunch was not being served. The receptionist kindly provided a croissant, a pain au chocolat and beverages for us, which was marvelous, although we were restricted to eating in our room, as the restaurant was closed and we were not permitted to use the tables and chairs. Good bathroom. Good parking. Lovely staff.

Spotless, spacious and centrally located. just off the motorway but without the motorway noise. Centrally located to explore St Malo, Rennes and Mont St Michel while staying in Brittany. The pool and sauna are a great addition too. Spoons restaurant is top quality too. Breakfast very fresh

Plenty of choice at breakfast, well set up and easy to make selections. Had a lovely dinner, very tasty. Made very welcome from the time we arrived. Very comfortable room, comfortable bed. All very clean .

I was hoping to swim but unfortunately it didn’t have a rail to help you walk into pool and as I have a disability I couldn’t get in. Quite hard to find even using sat Nav. Came across it by chance which was very lucky.

Loved the location, rooms, breakfast, staff, parking, safety and cleanliness. Really great hotel and excellent staff too!

Just the uncertainty about getting an evening meal but we ate there fine.

Smart TV didn’t work with the internet although supposed to. So couldn’t stream Netflix and non French speakers unable to relax with late night movie. Of course why would you want to anyway🧐

All the staff were friendly and attentive. We were in the new part of the hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food at diner was delicious. The location was ideal, on the edge of town for onward travel. Even though it was close to the main road it was qu8et.

We had to ask for milk for the coffee in our room, although no hardship, it seemed odd.

The staff were very accommodating, especially the man who checked us in who was excellent, and the waiter at dinner, who spoke good English, was very helpful, informative and personable. The dinner was also the best food we had eaten in France for 2 weeks!

It was just a little bit out of town, but actually this turned out to be a good thing, because having spent some time in the centre of Dinan, we ended up deciding that being slightly out of town was a good thing...

We got the family room, and to our surprise, the room had 2 floors with each floor its own bathroom. Nice and spacious and very nice for a family of 5. Clean and staff was always very nice and helpful.
