Delightful hotel just off the main centre of Dinan run by a young couple. Very quaint and comfortable. We had a family room which was ideal for our needs. The family whom we were travelling also had a family room below. Roxana could not have been more welcoming and had been extremely helpful ahead of our stay with changes required due to weather affecting our travel. We will be returning!

Not much really. Parking might be a challenge height of season. But again Roxana was on hand to help as best she could with that. If you are travelling with someone slightly physically impaired the traditional stair cases and cobbled streets may present a challenge

We loved the location, so near to everything, the lovely welcome from Kevin including storing our bikes away with zero fuss. The room we had for our two night stay was cool in the day, quiet and with a lovely courtyard space for sitting out in the late evening. All staff were very friendly, relaxed but working to high standards. We appreciated the list of recommendations for a meal out and followed this, very satisfied with the traditional restaurant just off the main tourist route (Antre Nous). All in all such a great find, could not wish for a more caring and charming place to rest and to explore from. We hope to return to Dinan and to Kevin and Roxana's lovely place.

Lovely spacious room in this bespoke hotel. Great bathroom and although the hotel does not offer parking there was space in a small car park just over the road which was really convenient. We had a wonderful warm welcome and we had help taking our bags to our room. Close proximity to the old town and to good restaurants down by the river. We left the car for two days and walked everywhere. Although it was a B&B there it was easy to get drinks from the bar during the afternoon and early evening and on our second night we had a splendid gourmand platter and bottle of excellent wine in the lovely terrace garden.

Superb hotel renovation of a 400 yr old property with 17 bright, airy comfortable rooms, a perfect location 9 minutes on foot from the centre of wonderful medieval Dinan. Quiet pretty sunny courtyards/garden at rear, very generous breakfasts in bright airy room. Kevin and Roxanne are very helpful and welcoming hosts and their staff are exceptional and discrete. Public parking is available close by and it's free!

A little annoyance from roadside traffic on cobbled streets early morning but no big deal. There was nothing during our 4 night stay not to like. 😊

A lovely, historic hotel on the edge of Dinan with good access to the old city and Port. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was a good size, light, clean and airy and very quiet with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was continental style and very good with the food prepared on site and with care. I highly recommend this hotel.

A couple of points to be aware of when booking this hotel if arriving by your own car that parking is in the street, as available, however we did not have any issue unloading bags or finding a spot within easy walking distance of the hotel even on the weekend. Our room was on the top level up two flights of stairs however the staff were happy to help us take our bags to our room.

Absolutely charming small hotel run by a wonderful couple who have put so much thought into making this accommodation truly special. Great location, just a short walk to old part of town. Parking just around corner (we had no problem finding a spot). Plentiful and tasty breakfast with lots of choice including local specialties. Room was clean and spacious with modern facilities. All in all, truly wonderful!

Location was good, just outside the city walls, a short walk into the town for bars & restaurants. Free on-street parking next to the hotel was a bonus. Kevin & the team were excellent, even Victoria (although she's only 8 months old). The breakfasts were very good and Mihaela looked after everyone perfectly, thank you. Although in the city the property has a lovely quiet, secluded garden, which we enjoyed with a couple of drinks in the evening.

The owners are wonderful, so helpful, friendly and kind, could not do enough for us to make us feel welcome and at home. The room was small, but it is an old, renovated building, bed was a bit soft for our liking, but that's our personal preference. Breakfast was bountiful, fresh and delicious, we loved being able to sit in the garden to have our breakfast, very peaceful. The location was perfect, a very short stroll into the top of the town and ample parking in the adjacent streets. We would thoroughly recommend.

As mentioned above, the room was a bit small, the bed was a tight squeeze and the toilet was literally in a cupboard, but, it is a beautifully renovated old building and they've worked well with what they've got, we had everything we needed for our stay.

Quite spectacular, the attention to detail, the time and the thought that has been taken to restore this old town house is quite breathtaking. You can feel the passion and dedication of the owners to create something quite wonderful. There is an eclectic mix of old and new, that just works. Our room was perfect, right down to the design, furnishing, decoration, and the double shower! The location is central to everything, just a street away from our favourite bar bistro Poire Cacahuetes et Bigoudis! The owners are charming and their hospitality is outstanding. The breakfast was spot on, the cheese was to die for! All local produce, and some homemade by the Family. Thank you, Xavier, AnnMarie and Marion we wish we could have stayed longer. I cannot recommend it highly enough and we will be returning in the future.

Staff were amazing, location quiet but fairly central and way parking. Amazing bathroom! Staff could not do enough to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Our window was over the courtyard and people used this area to smoke so I couldn’t open the window even late at night or early in the morning if someone was having a smoke outside because the room filled up with smoke easily. I have since discussed this with the owners, who were very accommodating and they are considering ensuring the whole of the property is non smoking, to include the courtyard. They were terribly understanding and did their best to ensure this does not happen in the future.
