Parking was tight but it was right next to the hotel and we were able to enter the hotel directly from the parking lot. The hotel room was small and compact but it had everything you needed, it was clean and comfortable, we were also upgraded so we had a terrace which was nice. The location was superb, it was right opposite the castle and within walking distance of restaurants and the city centre. The receptionist was really nice too, helpful and pleasant and ready to answer any questions we had.

There really wasn’t much we didn’t like, except maybe the room got a bit warm at night so we slept with the door open, if a sheet had been available instead of the quilt it would have been used.

I loved everything about this hotel: the safe location next to the castle, close to restaurants and shops, comfy bed and pillows, hot shower, but most especially the amazing service. Doriane was not only helpful in terms of a friendly receptionist; she went above and beyond to help me search and book bus and train tickets, look into my next destination, recommend restaurants and things to see in Dinan and more. Thank you Doriane! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The only thing I would suggest is investing in AC. I know it’s expensive and it’s actually not that common in France, but it makes a BIG difference having AC in the room.

Great location, excellent breakfast, calm decor, cycle garage, lovely bathroom. Our room 105 had a nice little courtyard. We arrived early due to heatwave (we had set off earlier on our tandem to avoid worst of the heat) and owner was really good about letting us check in early , really appreciated... thankyou! A beautiful hotel, very well run.

Perfect location to enjoy all the beauty of Dinan. The medieval streets, lovely Chateau, wonderful railway museum and great restaurants and cafes. The hotel was very comfortable, it offered and super breakfast and had very useful parking. Moreover all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.

The location, cleanliness and the staff were very accommodating.

The mattress was a little too firm. The breakfast buffet area felt a little cramped and there was limited things left at only mid point in the sitting, which then made it not as good value.

Very convenient hotel with parking , at extra cost . Room had outside seating area which was nice . Receptionist made recommendation of an excellent restaurant in the town and was happy to book on our behalf ..

Only tiny point was the breakfast wasn’t quite as good as the last time we stayed two years ago. Otherwise everything was really good and we enjoy the hotel very much.

Parking was easy and private. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The location was a bit of a distance from the centre of town but there's not a lot the hotel can do about that.

Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Excellent location and private undercover parking which was extremely convenient. the breakfast was much better than expected with everything served being very fresh and mostly locally sourced. Certainly more than even the person with the largest appetite could devour. coffee and tea were also unusually good. food was constantly replenished and everywhere was very clean, pleasant and comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

Bedroom quite warm in the hot weather but window did open and was not overlooked.

Shower facilities cramped. Lift very small space. No discernible toilet facilities in the reception/breakfast room area!
