The room was a good size and the view was brilliant. We even had a little balcony. the staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was excellent. There was a good choice for breakfast.

The wet room bathroom was very impractical as the water went everywhere and soaked everything near by. I would suggest providing a floor scraper to remove excess water after showering. The breakfast room was very disorganised and extremely busy with guests struggling to get both food and tables. There was no decaffeinated coffee available.

Great hotel, in the heart of historic Dinan. We were lucky there was a music festival in the square right outside which was fabulous. Hotel location is great, and underground parking right next door. Room was very comfortable, with a good bathroom and shower. Nice lounge and breakfast area, all very comfortable. Lovely staff who were very helpful whenever needed. Highly recommended all round, and very good value.

Shower was a little slippy, but warm and strong. Breakfast wasn't a huge choice, but very tasty and comfortable.

There is an excellent restaurant next to the hotel, "Le 1 De La Place" which was convenient. The parking garage next to the hotel (Parking du Hôtel de Ville) was ok but it is not "free". The breakfast buffet was quite nice. Take the "tourist tram" from the square across the street from the hotel.

We arrived before the check-in time which was 4 pm. We said that's okay and stored our luggage and sat in the bar to have a drink and wanted to explore the lovely town of Dinan. they have a little "tourist tram" which takes you all over and down to the harbor. Great fun! Unfortunately, when we got back, we found they had given us an "Accessible" room in which the lovely big bathroom didn't have a shower curtain or wall so that when you showered the water went everywhere and the floor was wet all over. A squeegee with a long handle would have been nice.

Ideally located and with a car park right next to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and creperies nearby - just a few yards away! Very nice staff who gave great advice and made us feel very welcome in beautiful Dinan. Modern and immaculate bedrooms - walk in showers too. Very good breakfast indeed.

Very helpful staff who accommodated our early arrival and gave us plenty of information. Nice spacious air conditioned room with comfortable bed and a view over the town square. Perfect location for exploring old Dinan and close to the station. The old town and the Port were spectacular and great to explore

My room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. I got a very good night's sleep. The breakfast was very good indeed and even had hot food such as bacon and eggs, an extra treat for British travellers! The hotel's central location in Dinan is superb. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The public underground carpark is adjacent to the hotel and it was quick and easy to pay by Visa card.

We felt immediately welcomed from the staff. Our room was ready for our early arrival. As requested, 2 twin beds and a quiet room. Everything was in good condition and clean. We liked the set up of the room & bath and hallway. The breakfast was well managed…even with fresh-squeezed orange juice. Laurent, the hotel director was so helpful and it appears that the staff works well as a team. The location is right on a plaza - near a bus stop, post office, bank - yet our room was so quiet. We cannot say enough about our 3 night stay in this hotel. Kudos to all.

I cannot think of a thing. We were happy with everything. (Much better than the IBIS facility in Granville. I have not seen an evaluation for them pop up yet.)

Hotel is very well located in city centre with entrance to the old city across the street. Bus stops for travel to Dinard, and Rennes across the street. Train station is a short walk. Staff were all quite pleasant. Breakfast was nicely presented, but basic, except the fresh squeezed orange juice was +++! The bike theme in the rooms was cool and little touches like the brake lever hooks were neat. Nice lobby area too with a bar.

We booked two rooms of the same type. When we got into the rooms, one was twice the size of the other and the smaller room had an extremely small bathroom. Since I was alone it was fine, but if two people had to share the tiny room and bath it would be uncomfortable. My father's room on the other hand was quite large and bath also. Both rooms faced the square which was nice. For some reason my room would also get very hot even though the temp control was on cool. We were only there 1 night so not a big deal.

The staff were super helpful and facilities for cyclists are amazing - they let me keep my bike in my room! Breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Dinan, especially if you're travelling by bicycle.

The hotel is ideally placed in the centre of Dinan. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic and plentiful and attempted to accommodate dietary requirements by serving almond milk and nut milk yogurt.

The black and grey decor made it a bit dark and gloomy.
