Chambre à la campagne is simply a small paradise. Everything in this place is perfect, the quiet environment, beautiful landscapes and at sunset you can have your personal bird concert. A wonder to see and hear. The town (VERY picturesque) is close and it is very easy to get there by car. The facilities are wonderful, excellent decoration, very comfortable and have everything you could need. Now, everything is beautiful but the best thing is, undoubtedly, meeting Dilou and Jac. From the moment you arrive they make you feel at home, a warm welcome that, after a long trip, is comforting. They are kindness in person and it has been very good for us to know them! They will make sure you have everything you need and will give you kindness and hospitality that is kinda difficult to find in these times. THANK YOU❤️ We are sorry we couldn't stay longer, but we will surely return!!

My 2nd visit - on my way back to Guernsey. Lovely welcome from Jaq & Dilou on a 7pm arrival. Private off-road (secure in drive) parking. Very clean and comfortable room with its own toilet and bathroom. A very peaceful night's sleep with nice bedding and TV etc. Close to Combourg and Dinan if you do fancy a dinner out etc. Will always head here for my return trip back homewards - just a 30min drive to the ferry terminal in St Malo - grab some baguettes and croissants on the way for breakfast!🤗

Attic room in lovely quaint cottage. Beautiful gardens. Very quiet and tranquil location. Brilliant hosts. Option to pay for traditional French breakfast with home made jam and yogurt which was tasty. Would stay again without hesitation.

Not an issue for us, but be aware that you are staying in a family home. We had no issues with noise and had plenty of privacy.

We really liked our stay with Dilou and Jac. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and very charming. We enjoyed chatting with them over a delicious breakfast. The area is very peaceful but not too far from local restaurants. We look forward to being able to visit again soon.

Very nice welcome from Jacques and Dilou, very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room in all respects and enjoyed a good night's sleep after a long drive. A short drive (13mins) to Combourg so close to the supermarkets and Castle etc. Parking at the property was also a bonus. Would be very happy to stay again and great value. Thanking you!

I'm normally good at complaining but I can't say anything negative!! :-)

We loved our short stay with Jac and Delou. They were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean, breakfast was very good, and the sleeping area had everything we needed and was very private. Their cat, Cookie, was adorable. We speak little French, but were able to communicate very clearly with their knowledge of English and a little help of Google Translate. If we are ever back in this area of France, we will definitely be booking a stay here!

Absolutely beautiful Breton cottage with a lovely, warm atmosphere, and welcoming owners who made our stay memorable. The room was beautiful and separated from the rest of the house for privacy. Thank you, Jac, Dilou, and especially Cookie for welcoming us into your home.

Very traditional accomodation that was ideal for the route we took whilst cycling in Brittany, this section along the river L’ille et Rance. Both hosts were very obliging and interesting plus provided a dinner & breakfast (for fee) which we appreciated. Comfortable room

The hosts Dilou and Jac and were delightful, the old farm is beautifully renovated with their daughter’s horse in the field and a friendly, fluffy white cat.

Lovely hosts, very welcoming, great location in countryside, parking on site included.

Only thing for us was there were some low beams in our room, we are both quite tall so had to be mindful.
