Lovely room in a house situated 10 min walk from Centre of Évran, also very close to cycle route. This is a spacious room in a house and easily accommodated the four of us. Lovely clean bathroom facilities. Secure storage for our bikes. Hosts very friendly and took children round garden to look for the tortoises. We didn’t use the garden as we were only there for one night but plenty of seating and sunshine! Lovely breakfast of pastries, bread and homemade jam. . Fruit juice and choice of hot drinks. . Children were also offered cereal. . Perfect way to start day. .

Bruno is a fantastic host . We’re cycling the Voie Vert and this made a great stopover on the first night . We even used the washing machine . Comfortable spacious whole top floor of the house , plenty of space for the bikes in the garage and a 5 min walk from the centre of town . Lovely generous breakfast featuring his home made jams . Very peaceful

Excellent breakfast with a good choice of food. Bruno our host was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. A pleasant garden and outdoor area.

The access to the room was via a narrow spiral staircase that would have presented difficulties for anyone with mobility issues.

The accommodation was upstairs and very spacious. The door at the top of the stairs opens to an open area with a large private bath/separate shower room on the right. Look left and there is an area with a TV, comfortable seating area and two single beds which our kids absolutely loved. We had a door to a double room which was spacious. (In photo) Plenty of room for our luggage. Excellent WiFi. Dinner was available if we wanted it but we only stayed one night as we were passing through. We would definitely stay again. The house is only let out to one group at a time which we appreciated. Very clean and modern. Towels provided. Breakfast the next morning was great with a very friendly host. Bruno is a wonderful host. The location was quiet but close enough to walk to the village centre to get food. The breakfast was superb with homemade jam.

The accommodation was a comfortable apartment, and included a kettle. Breakfast was good, with Bruno's home-made preserves. Location ideal for anyone cycling the canal path.

We were made more than welcome by Bruno despite our language problem, he went out of his way to help us in any way he could.

Bruno is a very friendly fellah. The room is separate from the house with its own door. Breakfast was great with home made jams! We could keep our bikes locked away too.

Use of some outside space would have been nice. Not much open in Evran although we made a nice meal at the village bistro.
