Good buffet spread, fresh juices, live counters were good. Dinner at restaurants (Salt, Common house) in the property were good but on expensive side. Room service was good. Location and property itself is amazing, it is vast open spaces and nature at its best.

Breakfast on day 2 seemed to be stale and repeat of day 1. Things were over expensive like pickle ball at 4000 an hour is insane. After paying so much to stay at the property you would expect some complementary or discounted activities. But everything from play zone to restaurants and activities was super expensive.

Location and property are one of the best, since the owners have let the 180 acres remain in their natural eformat (leaving apart the development. So, for people who enjoy nature is great.

Food at Salt (their restaurant) needs lot of upgradation. It felt like we were eating at a normal Punjabi restaurant where their indian fare is concerned and the Pastas need to be absolutely reformatted if they are to meet international standards. Staff overall is well trained, very courteous, helpful and caring.

We booked lake view rooms which were large, clean and comfortable. Food was fantastic at Saltt as well as room service. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Facilities like swimming pool, spa, gym etc. were designed and maintained well. Large open spaces, lush greenery and fresh air are the true highlights of this place.

Plastic water bottles in the room. Most hotels have switched to refillable glass water bottles.

The location was beautiful. Very well maintained property. The housekeeping and restaurant team were very helpful and efficient.

No hot water in Bathroom. Took very long to fix the problem. Same issue occurred the next day. We were not able to sleep well as there was a event and they played loud music till 3am. There was no way to contact the reception as intercom was turned off.

Good breakfast spread. Needed some more cold meat, 🥓 bacon.

The toilet was too low and a bar needed beside it for the old to catch etc. Also pricing could have been a little lesser. I should have been told that 4 could fit in a room like my neighbouring room had when I had called up and asked Oleander reception. Instead I was made to book a 3rd room. So we were 8 people in 3 rooms when easily an extra bed would been sufficient, as a couch was already there.

1. Resort is quite good and looks very rich. 2. Location is great and is in midst of a jungle with 3 lakes. 3. Neat and Clean 4. Smiling faces - right from reception staff, serving staff, vallet, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff ... everyone 5. This property would be brilliant during rainy season, winter 6. Swimming pool is good 7. Quite a few stores to spend time 8. FOOD is brilliant .. yummy 9. Bowling alley and games section is nice ..

1. Room service is not available and thats not good 2. Have to depend on vallet all the time. For lake side rooms which is about a few kms away from reception, this can be a challenge since even for snacks we have to travel same distance and depend on vallet services. Not able to get your car near rooms .. 3. For dog parents, sitting on the outside section of the restaurant can become uncomfortable especially in summer ... for dogs as well 4. Some dustbins etc along the roads can be helpful 5. No water sports available in lakes 6. Cost is quite high

Everything was nice. The pool was really nice and well located. Rooms were large and spacious, but they did not have a choice of pillows. All they had were 6” thck pillows which could give a stiff neck. Tad bit uncomfortable.

Same food on both days. Made to walk a mile for breakfast on the 2nd day so that they could accommodate corporate/ event group. That is saying they do not have any regards for individual guests when big events are happening at their resort

I loved being with nature, the food at salt, I went for a boat ride on the lake with my daughter and also liked the arcade area. The duty manager was excellent and responded promptly on WhatsApp. Mr Shukla from the arcade area was also particularly helpful.

Large tasty portions. The food was served as per our preference. Breakfast was excelllent. Transport from and to rooms was timely. Overall the staff were very efficient

The property is too huge entailing a lot of movement even though there are facilities. Common area could make its entrance more disabled friendly. I would have liked to eat there but could not

Location, views, facilities

Service was not up to the mark. Several items like towels not available on time. Food was OK, not great. Breakfast buffet was average and crowded. Given the price you pay one would expect a lot more.
