The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were good, although a second coffee machine woukd have improved the breakfast experience - and our visit was out of the main holiday season. Staff on reception and at breakfast were pleasant and helpful.

One member of staff on duty on our first evening when we went for a snack - we felt rather unwelcome, having arrived almost at the end of service and nobody else was in the bar/dining area.

The rooms are quite big and clean, the breakfast is really good. The bar got a basic selection of cocktails, but it's quite nice. But the most important is how nice and lovely the team is. They are extremely helpful

It's a bit far away from the city center

Location was excellent. Hotel and rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff very helpful and pleasant. We didn’t use the restaurant or pool so unable to comment

The car park surface was very uneven and in need of repair

The swimming pool was cloudy and so no one was using it which was disappointing. Our shower tray drained straight in to the bathroom and flooded it every time.

Loved the pool and bar/ restaurant area. Rooms were simple and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It had secure free parking. The town was beautiful and exceeded expectations.

Restaurant manager invited people over to enjoy the pool: awful. People were loud, disrespectful, jumping in the water

There was plenty of parking and within walking distance of centre. Staff were very helpful. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Comfortable. Free tea or coffee in the room. Nice breakfasts.

A dog had made a mess in the lift, and it took some time to get it cleared up. I'm very glad it wasn't my job, but it should have been done with alacrity.

Close to town to walk in. Secure parking. Allows dogs. Restaurant open Monday evening. Good ground floor twin room. Nice helpful staff.

Good parking, friendly staff and very good bedrooms. We had one dinner and it was really good.

Nothing really. The restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening but that meant we ate in the town where there are several good places to eat. So no problem.
