Very spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable & friendly environment. The foyer is very large with seated TV are, pool table & baby grand piano! The bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The facilities in the room were fantastic. It had; a fridge, tv, hairdryer, wonderful lighting, quiet air con, a balcony with chairs/table & and an extendable drying rack. My favourite feature of the room was a lit mirror with console table to apply make up! The breakfast room is very large and had a superb selection for all ages. The staff were very friendly, professional and very thoughtful. They all spoke fantastic English.

I did not find any fault with my stay.

Only 5minutes on foot away from downtown Tinos! The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing pool area which is ideal for those who are looking to explore the island and enjoy some leisure time by the pool! It is in fact one of the few hotels with pool near the town! Also, the staff was amazing!

The hotel needs some upgrades. Also, the breakfast could be a little better but no complaints! I enjoyed my time very much!

I loved everything about this place, but the staff was more than exceptional. They were so friendly and helpful, and made me feel like a long lost friend coming back after a long time. They cheered when I showed up with my luggage that had been missing for two days from the airline. They showed us the must-see parts of the island. The hotel itself was in a beautiful location within easy walking distance of mid-town and even the famous church. The food was super delicious! I had to have the zucchini fries twice! Every aspect of my stay was delightful!

It’s a very basic hotel, it’s clean and has all the basic facilities, the beds were big which is a plus

The breakfast wasn’t great and the location is a bit of a walk from the centre, overall I’d say it’s too expensive for what it is

We made the last minute booking an hour before coming for 11 adults and the hotel staff received us flawlessly. They even gave us breakfast earlier than usual time and offered a free shuttle to the ferry, we are very grateful for it. We really enjoyed the pool and pool bar area of the hotel.

The AC position and loudness.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room. All the staff were helpful and friendly, in particular reception staff were great helping with our various requests, we ate at the poolside restaurant a couple of times, tasty food and good portion size. Breakfast was maybe not as glamorous as some of the hotels we have stayed at, but we always came away well fed and watered. Guests were a mix of nationalities, when we stayed there were a large number of Greek guests, as Tinos holds a very important place in the Greek Orthodox Church.

Only thing we could fault was the coffee at breakfast, but speciality coffee's are available at an additional cost. We used our own coffee as kettles of hot water are available.

Excellent support and help from reception staff (including the dog) when the ferries were cancelled. The staff helped with taxis, advice on routes and booking an overnight hotel in Mykonos. Hotel elena was also very helpful and welcoming at 2 in the morning! Thank you everyone!! John and Susie

The proximity to the town, the pool, bar and restaurant, breakfast and shuttle service to and from the port and the helpful staff.

The faulty A/C and cigarette smoke entering the room from the bathroom vent. Both issues were attended to immediately by the staff.

Pool, location, room upgrade, walking distance to beach and town, cleanliness, friendly staff, view of the sea, great balcony, comfy bed, excellent aircon

Breakfast OK would have been better with selection of fresh eggs, bacon and muesli.

Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and pool facilities.

One room was nice but the other was visibly older and clearly hadn't been updated in a while. We also had an issue with the power being cut out because of a charger we plugged into an outlet.
