We had an amazing time! The 2 bedroom villa is huge, beautiful and very private. The whole resort is stunning. The hospitality of the staff was perfect, and they accommodated all our extra requests and needs. They even found away to involve the kids in the cocking class although its ment only for adults and it was one of the best experiences for the whole family during our 2 weeks in Thailand.

Really hard to say anything bad about the resort as everything was thought out and usually what you would expect at this price range (much better than most 5 star resorts) but the the rooms are a bit old and it shows in some places. The food was good but not on the same level as the rest of the experience (except for the cooking class, which was awesome! ) .

‏We are a couple traveling for a month in Thailand for our honeymoon and this is the best hotel we have been to! If you come to the Chiang Mai area, don't miss it! ‏ We stayed at the pool villa and didn't want to leave so we booked an extra night. ‏ The hotel is amazing in its beauty, but what really made our stay is the amazing staff there who studied our needs and always knew what we wanted ahead of us. ‏Special thanks to Mr. Prime or as we called him Mr Supreme! who gave us personal attention and the feeling that we always have a friend here at the resort. This is the best resort we have ever stayed at.The nature is absolutely divine, the kindness and atentiveness of the staff was next level. The food in all the restaurants was perfect. The peace and sounds of birds and nature was heavenly. I wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be back.

Literally nothing, it was perfect

Villas were surrounded by beautiful lush greenery, felt like we were waking up in nature everyday. Grounds were very well maintained, loved the paddy fields and farm. Hotel staff and service exceeded expectations. Everyone knew and addressed us by our individual names, they went above and beyond to delight and make our stay special. I was also pregnant and they took extra care of me, going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable even while visiting attractions outside the hotel. Hotel also offered complimentary experiences like rice planting and buffalo bathing which added to the richness of our holiday and experience.

The food, service and overall scenery(including grounds and room) were outstanding

My only complaint was the quantity of tours that placed their customers there. The draw of this hotel is the scenic beauty and solitude surrounding a beautiful rice field. At the price that I paid, I expected to have the peaceful solitude and not the large groups drinking in the pool and at meals.

Amazing stay, had high expectations but it exceeded. Really peaceful and beautiful everywhere. Highly recommend to do the activities offered. Breakfast is excellent. Gym equipped with new Technogym.

Would have been nice if we were informed about sauna. Was sad to find out only when we were leaving.

We had an amazing stay - felt cradled in nature, yet in the comfort of impeccable service and superb facilities. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and they prepared a bouquet of pink roses, flower-decorated buggie to take us to our pavilion and special treats in the room.

Beautiful property, amazing garden, the paddy fields are beautiful. The pool and gym are amazing. Our room (upper terrace) was comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a four seasons. Best breakfast we had in Thailand. The staff were very friendly. the concierge service went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Nothing to fault, except that the rooms, although kept in top condition feel a little dated in terms of the flooring and overal styling. Another minor point, the service at sunset in khoa restaurant was slow, took more than 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Both very minor points in an otherwise exceptional stay.

-Breakfast: salmon and hot choices (what I like) are not fresh at all. We were one week at InterContinental Kamala in Phuket, breakfast there has another level and we pay less :) -Lunch: we have ordered sandwiches and chicken nuggets, we must wait for 45 minutes, although there were only two table guests, and the food is not tasty.

Beautiful greenery, gardens, flowers and plants just stunning. This is an example of sustainable approach in the hotel. Herbs and vegetables comes from the hotel garden. Amazing place for luxury relaxation

Thai food selection could be better but it was great anyway
