The staff was so friendly! I went to Adana for a rhinoplasty and the stuff definitely made my experience so much better, they were very friendly and helped me with everything I asked. Everybody smiling everyday and being so nice with me and my friend. Definitely coming here again. Thank u very much for everything!

Hospitality is number one there! Lady at front desk was so helpful and well greeting people! We asked her recomendation for some activitites and she was so helpful!

The furniture is a bit old, some of the glasses on the tables are broken, need to be changed!

We found the staff very helpful especially the reception team of Jamedah and Meltem when my bag broke on the day we were leaving the hotel. The Hotel was also very clean and based on what we paid it was very good value for money

Nothing, it was perfect for a short city break

The room was nice and comfortable. First i was reluctant to book the hotel after reading the reviews about the rooms with smoke smell but they made it sure that we got the room without the smell. Everything was clean and nice. Big windows and comfortable bed. The staffs were very friendly and the breakfast was good for us. We r thinking of staying there one more night before flying out from Adana.

A bit of noise from the next door but not too bad.

Staff was friendly, we had no problem with late check-ins, rooms were comfortable and had enough space. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, had a lot of different food we can try.

It wasnt a big problem, but a few items in the room werent very high quality, like our towel holder was missing a screw and fell when we tried to put our towels on it.

the reception team, specially Cesar & Janina were extremely nice and proative helping to us. I can recomend this hotel and specially due to the nice reception Team they have. We will come back again because of them.

The hotels rooms is very comfortable and very clean. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast menu was very good. I recommended the stay in Golden Deluxe Hotel and till next time.

It was cozy , cute, i went in eid so parking was so easy , the staff was amazing , specially the girl at the reception. Super friendly

Breakfast was good with variety of choices. It was conveniently located for me to explore the city & taking trains to Tarsus and Mersin. Staff were very helpful. They did their best to help me.
