This is a professionally run residency in a great location in Madurai. You're outside the main city but all of the major visitor spots are within a short tuktuk ride. The manager is a friendly and reliable person and all of his staff are kind and courteous. There is good laundry service and water available to purchase. The rooms at the back cottage where we stayed are of high quality with good amenities. The flowers are beautiful. The manager assisted us in booking a driver to take us to Munnar.

IMPORTANT NO TWIN OPTION. There are no twin rooms as advertised. We had to get an extra room on arrival to accommodate our request for twin beds. If you are friends travelling on a budget beware.

Staff at reception was good. Place was neat and clean. Rooms were spacious. Rooms had hot water available. Nearby eateries available. AC was working very well. It had a well maintained garden with lots of veggies grown.

The workers working there were a bit arrogant. They refused to give an extra towel for a three bed ac room. Only 2 towels were provided for three occupants. A bit far from the main market and temple. But area was good.

The location and the serving staff. The owner was warm and welcoming too. The garden is beautiful filled with flower beds! 5 neem trees enough to provide the most purest oxygen breathed ever! The room, enough for 3 people.

The cot provided could have been better. It was a foldable one. Food not available at the hotel. Have to place an order and the serving staff buys from outside restaurants and delivers at the room

The room was comfortable and clean, with hot water for the shower and AC. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not located in the city center but you need only 20 minutes by feet, or you can take a tuk-tuk which is very cheap. If you want to eat you have a restaurant just next to the hotel (1 minute) who serve very good food.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and there was a well cared-for garden at the back which was an oasis to sit in. Good value for money.

The room was a bit small. Not too much choice of restaurants nearby, but the two nearest were acceptable for South Indian food. Getting to the central area took 10 minutes by tuk-tuk, but this wasn't really a problem. Our room next to reception could sometimes get noisy if people were talking loudly.

The hotel was alright, I guess. There was plenty of parking, which was nice. I stayed in the economy room, which was fine for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good budget stay.

The hot water was only available at certain times, which was annoying. The Economy room could have been better.

The location and ambience was very good

No lift and the staircase was too long with large steps.. The room given to us had torn bed sheet. Initially we were given a room that had a leaky AC. They sent staff immediately but only after half an hour we were given a different room.. except this everything was great.

Staff friendly, great vegetarian cafe a few shops along to the left, great bakery to the right.

Bed a little firm; would have been good to be able to make a cup of tea in the room.
