Good, receptionists really very polite, both male and female receptionists are very good,the female receptionists I spoke with on mobile was very humble and helped for early checking in and when we reached the hotel the night receptionist was already well informed about our early coming he gave us smaller room to refresh and take rest till the bigger room was getting ready,prime location,rooms clean ,house keeping very good are other positives of the hotel,only think they have to improve on ,is to get rid of cockroaches,and sterile toilets expected!

Great location for visiting the temple and other sites, be among locals on pilgrimage and feel the vibe. But it was raining the 3 days of my stay, the roads were flooded and muddy, making it very unpleasant to walk around.

The old fashioned lift, horribly difficult to open and close, the phone which didn't work, making me feel like a prisoner on the 5th floor, until they decided to bring me a new phone, on the last day ! Difficult to communicate with the staff, only one person Kumar speaking good enough English. For a hotel this size, no easy access to hot water for making oneself a tea or coffee.

The location of the property is top notch, very close to the meenakshi amman temple The management and staff is also very polite and helpful, we actually booked 2 family rooms but the manager gave us 3 rooms seeing that we were running late to visit the temple and so that we could utilise 3 washrooms at once They also helped us store our luggage in one of the rooms even after our checkout time They gave us recommendations of places to visit nearby as well and general rules to follow in the temples.

Some more focus on cleanliness can do justice to this place

I recently stayed at Temple View Hotel in Madurai for two days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.The hotel is perfectly located with a fantastic view of the Meenakshi Temple, which was one of the highlights of the stay.The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and clean.The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth.The room was comfortable with decent amenities, good air conditioning, and a peaceful atmosphere.

there should be a food facilities at the hotel itself.

The location was perfect. Could walk to the main temple entrance in less than 5 minutes. There was parking and facilities for our driver. Just around the corner there were loads of places to eat. Not good to drive as it is very busy around the temple but that is good as you can walk and enjoy the area and temple.

No issues at all but would be great if there was a table and couple of chairs on the terrace on the top floor so someone could sit and enjoy some food or a cup of tea or coffee.

The location was very near to temple. The room n toilet were neat. The staffs were too good. They provide room service. The lady in the Reception, Ratanam akka to the Arumukham Anna, the security staff were truly good. Wishing them the very best.

To use the lift from ground floor you have to climb 6-8 steps. And we were in room 311, in its washroom the electeical wires weren't covered, and there was a long AC water outlet, which wasn't aesthetically appealing.

The property is very close to temple and had parking infront of hotel some arranged parking. I booked thru booking.com and they charged only the online rate and didn’t even ask anything extra. The main staff was sharing more information and which was very helpful. I booked a 2 double bed room. So, 2 adults and 2 kids were able stay comfortably. Ac , TV, working table and chairs were also available. Room is very clean and neat.

The hotel is very close to the temple and we could walk for darshan. It is centrally located with several good vegetarian restaurants nearby. The room and toilet were clean. Car parking is an issue but was provided in another building close by. Overall a very good experience staying here..

Car parking is not available. If the car is big, then there will be issues driving through the narrow lane where this hotel is located.

I loved my stay here! The location once we arrived was little off-putting for me because we were under the impression it is right next to the Meenakshi temple as they have another property there. However, later I found out that the temple is just 5 mins walking distance away which was fine with me. Surrounded by market and hotels, the hotel is at a great location. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. If you are visiting for the first time, the manager would give you all the information about food joints, shopping stores & sightseeing places. They even have their own bus which runs on package system everyday. The bus fare is around 250 bucks or so for each person and it's on sharing basis. The bus will take you to all the prime location an and around the city. Talking about the room, the room was spacious with all the required amenities. They provided us with towel, soap, water bottles, etc. Only thing is the pillows are extremely uncomfortable and the hotel should change that. Our room was a quadruple room so the room was big enough for us. Cleanliness have been thoroughly followed by the staffs all the time. It's was worth the money and I would definitely book it again when I visit Madurai.
