The staff here really helped me out. The receptionist literally walked me to the ATM at night to withdrawl cash, which was awesome. I wouldn't have found it without him, I don't think. Staff at the hotel catered to my request to have a beer with dinner, which I could do within the bar, and they brought food into the bar from the restaurant. Very nice. They also helped look into possible bus routes, since all the trains were either canceled or full (there are only 2-3 per day) and the buses tend to run only after midnight. By the way, a taxi service, Drop Taxi Madurai, gave me a great rate to Thanjavur and it was half the rate of other companies and I had a great ride. It's an informal hotel, but clean enough and the staff are very helpful. the restaurant is pretty good and serves a big breakfast for 210 rupees. You can't beat that.

The surrounding area is a bit dusty and rugged. But it's safe, just kind of rundown.

Location is awesome. Hotel reception service was excellent. Flexible in early checkin & late checkouts. Enjoyed delicious food in their own restaurant. Restaurant was quite spacious & service was premium. In short, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Perfect for family stay. Ample amount of car/bike parking space with security guard.

Cleanliness, staff and Restaurant were good. The serving in restaurant was very good. The taste of dishes is very good and pricing in restaurant is reasonable.

The delayed response from room cleaning staff. The additional charges for credit card transaction. Collecting Rs. 1000 for early check in, although, it is mentioned that only Rs. 500 will be collected for early check-in

The hotel is very close to the Meenakshi Temple. For the price they charge, I feel it's a great option. The staff is super polite and always ready to help in any way. The morning breakfast was very good as well. I would surely recommend the hotel to anyone who wishes to visit the temple.

Room is absolutely fine, comfort to rest after a long drive, air conditioning does the job well. Bathroom, sanitaries and cleanliness are worth the money you spent. Walkable distance to many good attractions but I bet may not walk because unclean streets and pretty chaotic with vehicles but very peaceful inside hotel. Elevators were working well, my parents were able to use them.

Car parking, I had reservation and reminded them before check in but seems sold my car space to someone else because I checked in late, my vehicle had to park outside, right on the sides of a busy and chaotic street. It got kind of 2mm thickness of dust overnight, by luck nobody rammed into my vehicle overnight and before check out.

The breakfast was exceptionally good. It was very yummy and there were different varieties which children really enjoyed.

There was something to be done in the bathroom. The tap was damaged and it was not mended. We found it difficult to fill water in the bucket.

Rooms were good and staff were good and complaints attended immediately

Rooms were not ready when we checked in. We have to wait more than 45 minutes for rooms to het the rooms.

The food was nice and the room also spacious and clean

I parked my car on the road itself as there was no parking inside the building

Awesome hotel ..receptionist were kind and d caring ...hygienic clean rooms..hot water readily available..

Dinner was superb ..but lunch could have been better..

You can walk to the temple from this hotel (10-15 minutes walk). The staff were very smiley and helpful especially the manager who went out of his way to support us with planning our onward journey. The saluting doorman was so welcoming! The onsite restaurant is useful.

The hotel is essentially clean but dusty.
