The hotel is in a very convenient situation at the top of the town and very close to the car park. This really is a big plus as it is very hilly to go anywhere. We had a lovely big terrace off our ground floor room which was shared with other rooms but you can pull roller barriers across to section off the part outside your room.

Just the fact that the restaurant wasn´t open which was quite a big factor as there were not many places available to eat in the town at night time. All the restaurants in the main square just catered for lunchtime trade. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room so that you could enjoy a cold drink on the terrace.

Perfect location, at the top of the town within easy walking distance of the main area. The town is quite hilly so getting around might be a struggle for some. The breakfast was simple but good value. The rooms were spotless and for a 'two star' hotel it was very impressive. There is no parking but an underground carpark is located a few meters away for 9 euro a day. The TV in the room is equipped with Netflix, Apple TV etc.

The restaurant, like most of the town, was closed on a Monday evening. With them knowing that the restaurants close on a Monday evening you would have thought that they would be open. They also had a "no food and drink allowed in the room" clause which is tough when nothing is open. No reception staff, you had to phone a mobile number to get service. Don´t get me wrong, they were great people but having to phone and wait to get attention was a bit strange.

When we arrived at 7:30pm the reception was closed. The staff rang us before to let us know they closed at 7 and we had to ring them when we arrived. When we arrived and called. No one answered on any numbers we were given. Luckily the restaurant staff were very helpful and were able to find a room key for us. We left at 11 am and reception was was closed again. We never saw anyone from the reception!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Amenities are basic and the room was clean. The large parking garage (100 meter from the hotel) is excellent.

This hotel is in a small beautiful village where night activities are limited. The restaurant in the hotel was closed when we arrived (9:00 PM). Unloading luggage in front of the hotel is not trivial.

The room was spacious and very clean. Bigger than we expected. The room had air conditioning which was very much appreciated. You could walk out of the room onto a spacious balcony with a beautiful view. We were able to park the car in a garage right next to the hotel for a reasonable price. Restaurants are just around the corner and a short walk to all the main tourist spots. There was water in the room, the bathroom is new and very clean. A great hotel that gets 5 stars from us.

location was excellent, it was clean and the restaurant was very good, although, breakfast was a little boring. The towels were thick fluffy and absorbent and there was plenty of spare bedding and pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The little things like hairdryer would have been helpful. personally I usually travel with a dryer that never gets used because the hotels have one. I got caught out!

The hotel is well located at a mid-level of town: Do take time to explore upwards as well as down! Reception seems to be staffed, and very helpful. Room spotless etc. All very good.

Room lighting is a bit subdued- probably fits with the troglodyte theme at Setinel, but would have found packing a little easier with brighter lights!!!

Comfortable beds, cleanness, spacious rooms, good heating in the rooms, very good location for visiting Setenil. good value for money. Good recommendations from the host on where to eat, he even booked a restaurant for us. good time allowed for check out (12,00 o'clock)

Restaurant was closed on our stay, but it was Easter day.

The hotel was great. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice terrace overlooking the mountain. Very calm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

Wifi was very bad. The breakfast was not up to expectations and lacked variety.
