Location is excellent close to restaurants and sightseeing. The owners are very friendly, personable and helpful. They go out of their way to give you the best holiday experience. Food which comprised of breakfast and cheese platters was really good with carefully chosen local and homemade products. If you would rather sit, relax and admire the view with a drink in hand than eat out, then try the cheese and meats platter it was plentiful and delicious with home made fig jam( made that morning). I never swim and I went into the pool twice even though the water wasn’t tropical the setting was that perfect. Great views and very relaxing having a drink on the patio. Walking distance to town .

Pillows and mattress was hard. Could do with air conditioning in the rooms. But you can open your doors to let the night air in.

Personalized service with an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Stunning views amid a gorgeous setting with the best staff. The view is amazing from the room balcony. You are overlooking the beautiful farmland with the small town of Arriate, one of the Pueblos Blancos. The infinity pool is an awesome way to cool off in the afternoon, and we really enjoyed laying out by it under the stars with the lights of Arriate in the distance. If you are hungry, the breakfast was excellent, as was the meat and cheese platter we ordered, both featured fresh fruits from the grounds as well as locally sourced meats and cheeses.

A lovely boutique hotel set on a hillside overlooking Arriate and a river valley: beautiful scenery, very peaceful and a very friendly and attentive host. Close enough to Ronda for either a long hike or a short drive but also great to leave the hustle and bustle of that fine city in the evening. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples wishing to mix cultural tourism, culture and hiking or rambling.

We have no dislikes but recommend - if you're driving - to arrive in daylight hours. The single lane climb to the hotel is steep and narrow.

Hotel Arriadh was everything that we hoped for to rest for a few days. The pool was fantastic and the gardens and terraces delightfully maintained. The views are outstanding - so much to gaze at from your terrace, balcony or by the pool. Wilbert and John were super hosts, serving delicious breakfasts and helping with taxis and suggestions of places to visit by bus or taxi (by arrived by train). It was a real bonus for us that there is a bar on site and food can also be ordered so you don't always need to go out. The restaurant, El Muelle, a short walk into the village was also superb (closed Monday and Tuesday). Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful rural location on the outskirts of Ronda with really easy access into town. Rooms all have views over fields and hills as does the lovely pool. Delicious breakfasts and one evening all the guests had a delicious and very sociable dinner together which was very enjoyable.

We had a very relaxing one night stay at Arriadh hotel. The area and hotel is very calm and relaxing. It is very suitable for a romantic couple's trip. The place has two friendly cats, a lovely fireplace, some books in different languages, beautiful view, and delicious olives. We requested a vegan breakfast, and they exceeded our expectations. We ate homemade hummus, homemade fig jam and freshly squeezed orange juice. It was really lovely.

The road is very challenging to drive with a car. The pool is lovely, but mostly for the summer, because it is not heated. We slept well, but the bed wasn't as comfortable as you would wish for. In our room there wasn't a bathtub, which is something I thought the room would have had since it was in the booking website, but the shower was very nice and warm anyways.

Wilbert and John are the perfect hosts in this 12 room private hotel. The decor and layout are beautiful and welcoming. The rooms face the small village of Arriate with mountains in the background. Sunsets are magical. Breakfasts are included and are served to your table while overlooking the patio. You can have dinner prepared with advance notice and if you choose to stay in to read or rest their bar is always open where you can choose to have a drink, coffee, a piece of fruit or even a simple sandwich. Upon request they did our laundry for us too. The two are from Holland and relocated to this area 9 years ago specifically to open this hotel. The hotel is secluded but only about 10 min by car to Ronda. It's a wonderful place to rest and relax as well as make day trips to Ronda but also the famous white villages of Zahara and Grazalema. This hotel is a slice of heaven. Thank you John and Wilbert.

The moment we walked in the front door, it was warm and cosy and had the most wonderful feeling of “home” The breakfast was fabulous, not to mention Wilbert’s skill in making the best aperol spritz ever.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Owners are very friendly and communicative. We arrived way later than we expected but we were still greeted with a smile and friendly welcoming words. The property is huge and we liked our room. Even though there was no AC in our room, the temperature was nice and we had an excellent rest. Breakfast was healthy tasty. We were planning to stay for one afternoon, but unfortunately we could only stay to oversleep and move on after breakfast, so we couldn't explore much of the things that are around. We were even invited to the party, but we had to apologize ourselves because we were arriving very, very late. We were happy with huge and free parking lot.

As with some other guests, and despite of detail instructions, we got lost on our way to the property. Even when we arrived at late night, we couldn't be sure that we were at the correct location as there were no signs or at least we couldn't see any in the dark. Maybe there is a chance to invest into more signs (on the roads, on the property). While the property is advertised as 'hotel', it's actually a 'guesthouse', but in our case it was not so important. There is no elevator to the upper floor, so somebody might find it difficult. It would have been nicer if bottles in the shower were labeled rather than described in lengthy document, as we were tired and not in the mood to read which bottle contains shampoo and which shower gel.

We enjoyed everything. Perfect scenery, pool, breakfast and everything. We stayed at the first floor with a wonderful view of the plain and hills behind. Close to Ronda, easy to drive, private parking. Wilhelm, the owner was very friendly. The room is very well organised, with a balcony and a small table with chairs. Wish I planned for more days. Will definitely come back. Do not miss..
