I arrived around 4 in the afternoon after a very long motorcycle ride and was greeted by Sr. Agustin a very courtious and extremely helpful receptionist. He unlocked the hotels private garage next to the entrance and helped me put my bike safely inside then took care of booking me into my room. Sr. Agustin spoke very good English which made the booking process very quick. I also met Sr. Jaime, the other receptionist, who was just as friendly and attentive. My room was on the first floor of three and there is a modern elevator available. My room was fully airconditioned and the bed was very comfortable. The private toilet area was not new but very clean and totally functionable. I showered straight away and the water jet was strong with nice hot water available almost immediately. The towels were clean and fresh. The room has a wardrobe, two night stands either side of the bed and a table that has a flat screen television on it with good quality, various channels. The hotels wifi was quite efficient for my use. There is a large breakfast room on the ground floor next to the hotel entrance that serves from 9 in the morning. The staff were very friendly and always polite. Breakfast consisted of the biggest slices of toast you will ever come across plus ham, cheese and turkey. Also natural yoghurt, butter, jam and marmelade with fresh orange juice, tea or coffee. If you want more, just ask and it is served. The hotels location is very good, just a three minute walk to the middle of the the main pedestrian street then no more than a 7 minute stroll to the Bull Ring etc. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Donã Carmen and would definately stay there again

This is not a 4 star hotel, so do not expect that level of comfort. What you do get is extremely good value for money.

The accommodation is in a great location in the centre of town, it's very basic but in our case perfectly adequate for a group of seasoned walkers who just wash and sleep there. The rooms were well cleaned, towels and beds serviced everyday, there seemed to be plenty of hot water and water pressure. The air conditioning was quiet and effective. Breakfast was basic, yoghurt, coffee, orange and toast with tomato, cheese and ham but it was always served promptly and refills were offered. The lift was working throughout our stay. Don't expect any frills but don't be afraid of this cheap option.

The rooms at the front have tattered canopies (due to age) which can be noisy during the night when flapping around in strong winds.

Breakfast was good. They serve breakfast and fulfill it if you ask for more. Friendly staff. Close to the center. You can park your car in front of the hotel for loading/unloading. When I booked the price was low, so value for money is very good. If the price increases drastically then it will not worth.

Room is OK in terms of size but not very clean and needs maintenance. There was a loud noise coming from the airco which did not bother me much.

The location of the hotel in the tourist area of ​​the city offers easy access to the main objectives. The accommodation conditions are at the top level of the category, with friendly staff, cleanliness and decent rooms.

The lack of parking, it only has 2-3 spaces, can be a minus, but with the kind recommendation of the staff, I found parking nearby at a reasonable price, for the two days we were guests of the hotel.

The room was large with a balcony, it was clean and had a TV and air conditioning. the breakfast was very nice and sufficient quantity. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check out to walk around Ronda in peace. it is very close to the bus station.

It was not very quiet. The setting is a bit stale.

Super friendly staff, the room was very clean and the bed more comfortable than our own one at home! Breakfast was good too. Great location and exceptional value for money.

Being so central parking could have been difficult but on this occasion we were fortunate enough to be able to park in the hotel's own car park which is literally in the hotel for I very reasonable price.Great

I advised the property that I was driving and asked where to park. They provided some advice but they actually have 1 spot that you can book for €12 (i think for the duration of the stay) which they could have told me about. Note for drivers: Ronda is very hard for parking. There is a carpark nearby with reasonable rates (no charge from 10pm-8am).

Breakfast was nice. Great value for the money. Very friendly staff. Right in the center of town.

The only downside: The room was cold. The weather was cold and windy. (middle of December) The heater was weak. It didn´t warm the room up very much. But we didn´t spend much time in the room anyway and dressed warm for bed and it was alright.

The room was big enough, the location is great, in the city center. The people who work there were polite and knew enough English :).

The breakfast was enough if you are not hungry, choice was limited. The hotel itself needs a little bit of corrective meintenance, like painting the walls and securing the outlets so it doesn't spark when you put in the charger.

good location within east walking distance to tourist sites. very nice staff. finding parking on the street was hard but there was a parking lot close by that was free between 10 pm and 8 am.

their info was a bit unclear. the written info said checkin after 12am. I assumed that meant 12 pm as midnight didn’t make sense. then a couple days before arrival they said checkin was at 3 pm. the instructions for checkin were written in Spanish and I thought they said we needed to check in online. it was confusing. but when we got there someone was at the desk and all was very easy. the staff were very helpful and spoke English very well. it was nice that breakfast was included!
