The property is extremely well located just out out the tourist chaos’s of the Ronda bridge but a very short walk away. It is also across the street from some gorgeous parks. It is a modern hotel and the only hiccup was parking. They have a great garage and thankfully a valet but when we arrived the parking was blocked by a sitting car yet to be parked. I was helpless and could not pull in. I tried to honk but no one came. I tried to drive down the road a bit but a police chased me away from an open area I hoped to sit while my wife ran back to the hotel. She was able to get the hotel to move the car and I was able to enter.

The hotel location was excellent, the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The staff were excellent and the gastro restaurant was really good.

Just small things like the shower spray holder was broken and you had to hold it yourself. There was also a bidet in the bathroom which for us was unusable it was squeezed in between the sink towel rail and the bath.Although it was great to have car parking it was a very awkward one with many people struggling to park their cars they did have a guy who would do it for you but he wasn’t always there. And as there was only one way in and out it was awkward.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Dan. We really the reception team parking our rental car for us and returning it back to the street on our day of departure - saved any tight scrapes. (We didn't mind paying the 15 euros a day as we were right in the middle of town. The room was exceptionally clean and pleasant (we had a street view). Air con worked perfectly (easy to adjust) and bathroom attractive and spacious. Loved the very central location, very close to the bridge and the bullring and lots of good restaurants and bars.

The breakfast service was good but the buffet was fairly average. To be fair we didn't try the cooked breakfast. The worst thing was the evening meal we had in the affiliated restaurant which you enter from the hotel. The vegetable dish and the meat dish had to be sent back as both were undercooked. However, when returned the veg dish was still undercooked. The waiting staff were very apologetic about it, and didn't charge us for one of the dishes. Too much style over substance!

Hotel Maestranza is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Ronda. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city's beautiful sights. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel—we highly recommend it!

Parking a car during the hour of check in and check out might get complicated, bet the staff were very helpful. The location of hotel even out this con

Nice room. great location. very clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel, doesn’t have swimming pool, bar, gym, spa, or other amenities. but good for a short stay.

paid parking. for what you pay, parking should be included for guests. or put that as an option during reservation. breakfast could be better

The location is great for exploring the town. The staff were very helpful and arranged flowers to be delivered to our room for our wedding anniversary. The Gastro bar attached to the hotel was very good, serving excellent food at fair prices.

Having read rave reviews about the breakfast we thought it was pretty standard for a hotel of this standard. There certainly wasn´t anything above and beyond some lesser star hotels we have stayed in. Also on the last morning some of the hot food had run out and we were told within 10 minutes it would be replaced; it took over 25 minutes by which time we had eaten other options and were leaving. It wasn´t a huge thing but I think that they should have been on top of things more.

Hotel Maestranza was a great stay. Decor is modern and new as in the photos. The original triple room given to us had a sewage smell. Staff couldn’t remove the smell so changed us to another triple room that was for handicap. It was a much bigger room with a huge bathroom as a result. But the fittings used in the bathroom were all Hansgrohe, very nice. 1 thing to note is shower area had a lower height to allow easier wheelchair access. So water spilled onto the bathroom floor. Not a big issue cos after realizing it, we just lowered the water pressure and it was ok. Need to highlight is the helpful staff, I think his name is Michael, was most understanding when he came with a mop to dry up the floor. Another nice touch is a piece of Biscoff per guest in the room. Location of hotel was superb. Sights and dining all within walking distance. Had the bridge all to ourselves early in the morning! The staff will park and retrieve the car whenever you arrive or wish to depart. Cos the entry to Carpark is steep n tight.

We enjoyed 2 nights. Easy place for day trip to white villages or hiking. The triple we were in was spacious and clean. Plenty of pillows and organizer spaces. Great location and has onsite parking which we needed. Good value all around.

I thought hallways carried noise a lot and that people were way too loud in the halls. I also wish they had shampoo and conditioner but only had a body wash-shampoo combo.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and looked out to the front of the property where you could see the Bullring. Very spacious room and immaculately clean.

There was only Herbal Tea and Breakfast tea with powdered Milk in the room . So I had to keep asking the Reception Staff for Coffee, which they were always happy to get me from the Breakfast room, but it would have been nice if it had just been in the room.

The hotel was very nice. It is very well located (around 400-500 m from most of the touristic attractions), the room is spacious and nice. The bedroom is fantastic as well as the breakfast. There is parking car (the staff park it for you). I recommend to visit the Museum (Palace Mandregon) and Plaza del Toros as well as the bridges (the new and the old one). Ronda is a very nice city to visit, I really recommend. About 200-300 m behind the hotel, there is a square where the population(not tourists) live with a church (there is a movie about it -Mi CONFRARIA -comedy). The landscape to go (and leave) Ronda is fantastic too.
