Great location; comfortable bed; hot shower with good pressure; friendly front desk staff

Difficult to get the room warm; heater made a bit of noise that made it difficult to sleep unless you turned off the oscillating option; they advertise nearby public parking but it was full when we first arrived as were many nearby lots. We had to drive around until a space opened. Guests should be prepared for having to walk with luggage.

Location to tourist areas, shops, restaurants and train station. 24 hour manned reception. Friendly staff and super housekeeping

Late noise from the restaurants in the lane which my room overlooked impacted on sleep quality, otherwise comfortable room. Note to self, must pack ear plugs

David and all staff were amazing and very hospitable. The location is just outside the business but super close for walking. Room is exactly what we expected and good value for price. Felt very safe. Staff provided excellent recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We left behind shoes and they graciously volunteered to send to our next destination.

Not that i didn’t like but we had a car as we were visiting multiple places. Parking is street and can be tough to find. We lucked out.

People speak English very well, very friendly too. The airco was not working but the fan did it's work. The place is in the middle of the centre makes it easy to reach the famous must see bridge. WIFI internet is very fast and stable.

The place is in the middle of the centre, so do not expect a free parking place. Parking garages are not for free and do not accept card. Could pay my parking ticket because I got lucky. Found the guy easily and payed, again I was lucky.

The absence of a restaurant at this hotel is not an issue at all, as it is centrally located with a wide variety of restaurants just a short walk away. The central location combined with a parking garage just 20 meters from the hotel makes it incredibly convenient and luxurious for travelers arriving by car.

Super nice place ...a little old-fashioned, but I like that . A private room.and bathroom for just a little more cost than a hostel where you would share the same space with 4 to 6 and the bathroom with a lot more people. ...24 hour reception. Room cleaned daily if you wish . Great location, can walk from bus station and once there walk to everywhere else .

Hall ways a little cigarette smoky ...but I think that's faily typical of Spain as so many people smoke here signs say not to but . !!?

Great location, the staff is very nice and friendly and as a family run business they make you feel very welcomed. The breakfast was good, continetal buffet with fresh orange juice served. The room and bathroom size were ok. It is a pleasant place were to spend a night or two, especially because the staff is very nice.

It was a bit noisy because our room was facing the street. The hotel needs a renovation because it is a bit old fashioned, from the reception, to the room furniture and especially the bathroom.

The hotel is perfectly located for both the old and new town. Shops and restaurants close by. Also close to bus station. Well run basic hotel with all you need and great value. Comfortable bed with good air conditioning/heating. Great staff. Safe area to walk at night alone.

In my room it had just a hand held shower (wall fitting too high for hose) and a short shower curtain. Both could easily be fixed to give more comfort.

I liked the service and being in the center of Ronda. If you are looking for a few days to enjoy Ronda and its surroundings it is an excellent option to stay here.

It didn't bother me, but I can imagine that some other people wouldn't like the thin walls and sounds coming from different places.

Central location, family run so very friendly & helpful, cafes close by for breakfast.

Cannot drop off at the door but at the end of the pedestrian street. Parking station about 800m away. Very little street parking available but narrow streets so risk of damage. Parking about 15 Euro a day.
