Location: Quiet road, but only 5 min walk from the bullring or main square. Cleanliness: Room and common areas were impeccably clean and rooms were cleaned daily.. Staff: Friendly, helpful with good English. Facilities: Good sized room with a Juliet balcony overlooking street. Lift to all floors with an internal patio. Shutters on all windows. Beds very comfortable with good quality pillows and sheets. Quite spacious bathroom with powerful shower and plentiful hot water. Value: Excellent value for money at only €50 a night in mid April.

Great location. 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk to centre of Ronda. Basic room but comfortable. No restaurant but we knew that. Numerous places to eat within 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The reception closes at 10 pm until 08 am so if you arrive late contact the hotel, they will make arrangements for you. It worked for us.

When I contacted them to say I was going to be arriving late in the evening they then told me I couldn’t have the accessible room which I’d booked as a wheelchair user but did upgrade me which was good of them but made life very hard as I could only access the bathroom by bum shuffling but it was to late to book a accessible room in another hotel so just had to get on with it! If you have no mobility problems I would really recommend this hotel !

Convenient location at walking distance from all important places in the town centre. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was of good size. Not very modern but everything was in good upkeeping and working order. It was quiet at night. No problems with noise. It is possible to park for free in the streets around the hotel. Alternatively, there is a paid car park 2 minutes away.

Mattress very comfortable, shower very powerful , convenient location for bus and train stations, friendly staff.

There was no bin in the room, only in the bathroom, and the lid was broken. Uses older style of covers with blankets and top sheets rather than duvet covers. There was noise very late one night from guests who seemed to be having problems getting in.

Located in the heart of Ronda, this hotel is within easy reach of all amenities and attractions. While it doesn't boast luxury, it offers genuine comfort without any pretense. The rooms are spaciously designed, equipped with all essentials for an average traveler. The value for money is outstanding. Breakfast offers a decent spread, though a few more hot options would be welcome. I'd definitely recommend it for a short overnight stay and also for longer visits.

The hotel doesn't offer on-site parking. However, there's paid parking available within a short walking distance, and you can occasionally find free street parking as well.

We had a very nice and large double room in the 4th Floor (402). It was quiet and had several windows and a small balcony (you can be out but not seat it is too narrow) also a window in the bad room. Very good shower and confortable beds and pillow. The breakfast buffet was very good with fresh fruit and breads, yogurt, etc. and very good coffee. I don’t understand the bad ratings about breakfast from other customers. The staff was very friendly, Paco gave us very good restaurant recommendations. There is a discount for the Merced parking a couple of blocks away.

The breakfast room is very simple and dark but clean and it serves the purpose. Otherwise nothing. We were very happy and we think it is an excellent value for money.

The lack of natural light. The only small window was to the hallway. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible. The fact I couldn't lock the door from the inside as you need it for the electricity. Not enough power outlets. A few little things that could make a huge difference: hooks to hang your coat or clothes, garbage bin and hair dryer in the room, soap holder in the shower

Excellent location to explore , staff very welcoming and friendly , lovely courtyard . Our room had a Juliet balcony . Room lovely with very comfy beds and pillows . Shower excellent which was very powerful . Advised which car park to park in as this was the cheapest and was underground so safe

Shower was really good, could get to a high pressure and temperature regulation working perfectly Comfortable beds and no real noise coming from the outside capable of distorting my sleep, so I slept soundly and continuously
