First hotel in Spain on a long 5 week trip that was organized and had a stellar front desk. They are extremely helpful with check in, parking and seeing sites. After a few expensive mishaps this was a wonder! Our room was spectacular and the bathroom had great detailing as separate toilet, shower and huge bath. As a designer I appreciated the shower floor slightly angled where the water flows out! Huge applause. As standing in more expensive less well designed water pulling up in shower is super annoying. The bath again is huge! Fills fast and somehow the water has a softener? It’s felt silky and luxurious. The upstairs scenic rooftop bar/restaurant has stunning valley/old city/bullring views to die for and the free cocktail is a nice touch. The beds at are soft and sheets luxurious. Same for towels and lotions etc. Huge closet space and high end decor. Loved everything.

My pet peeve is European breakfast staff. No smiles and throwing dishes around like it’s the Olympic disk throwing competition. The hotel breakfast is good but could not find the omelette guy so went into the kitchen. It’s states open till 10:30 am but they slam and toss everything around starting at 10:00am which if you come down late is very annoying and not what you want to hear at 10:00am. They also turned off the lights not joking and left at 10:27am. So we sat in the dark finishing our food. I would pass on the breakfast as you can get great pastry and coffee in many places on the streets below in a lively atmosphere.

Great location in the city center next to the Plaza de Toros. Beautiful hotel on the inside, very good breakfast and friendly staff. We had a family room which was very big. Parking is not too far away.

Arriving at the hotel was hectic for us, we arrived when the whole city centre was stuck in traffic. You can unload your luggage by parking across the street but this wasn't clear for us when we arrived. The hotel has a deal with a local underground parking, we arrived at this parking and it was full so we needed to wait a bit. These are only minor things, we loved our stay here.

Everything. This was the most special stay we have ever enjoyed & we have been travelling for over 40 yrs. From check in to check out the staff were so accommodating & attentive. They park your car for you too. The location is exceptional - overlooking the bullring saves an excursion. Such a dreamy view from the roof top bar. You can walk to all attractions & tapas bars within minutes. The room was spacious & offered all facilities for a luxury stay. The staff were incredible. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - it would be my go too if we visit Ronda again

Centrally located hotel with welcoming staff , easy walking to the old town sights and also shopping and restaurants. The park opposite and walkways ideal for dog walking with magnificent mountain far reaching views. Dog friendly - large dog bed and feeding bowls in room. Large room, comfortable bed and good shower. Restaurant with great views- good food and service. Bar with amazing terrace views.Breakfast tasty with good variety of choices. Offer to join a rewards system gave 10 % off hotel food and drink - very welcome.

Some of the room fittings a little tired - eg a wobbly standard lamp propped up with a chair. Not keen on the leatherette bed cushions - nit picking really! No on site car park but able to park opposite to unload luggage and directed to a nearby car park at €16 for 24 hrs.

Met with a warm welcome and all the help we could get. Free valet which I would use if using their parking as the parking garage is about half a mile away. Very clean and open. Lived that the toile, shower, and sink were all separate areas. We had the room with a kind and separate sitting area. Perfect for a couple and our 2 year old to hangout on the other side of the wall while naps. two balconies on the 3rd floor had a beautiful view of the bullring and mountains which couldn’t be beat. Top floor with Paul was beautiful. They were very freezing and not usable during the fall and winter in my opinion. Breakfast boys not the cheapest at $18 a person though very worth it and don’t think you could get much better. Hope to return another time!

Sadly the indoor spa hot tub was out of service the time we wanted to use and booked it.. they were apologetic and gave us each a free drink which was so kind. Would’ve also liked the pool chair pads out even in the fall as it was warm enough to sit and enjoy the fresh air. So no cushions were on the chairs.

I had a wonderful experience at the Catalonia Hotel in Ronda. Everything was excellent – from the beautiful, spacious, and spotless rooms to the great room service. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which offers a stunning view – a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I didn’t get the chance to visit the spa area, but everything else was so impressive that I would definitely stay here again.

It was really disappointing that priority seating for evening drinks on the terrace, was not given to residents. In fact, a complete lack of space in total on the terrace for the entirety of our stay. Even when trying to reserve in advance. Priority was always given to diners, full stop. This is a bad policy and very very annoying!!!! The bar managers appeared reluctant to help on more than two occasions. Residents should be given access to all facilities advertised on the website, regardless of whether they are dining at the restaurant or not!!!!

Ideal location, close to main tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants. Fabulous staff, outstanding food at breakfast and in the restaurant. Great value for the money. Additional facilities (e.g. spa) we didn't use but looked great. Our parking wasn't onsite but it was convenient and, on the day we left it was raining so a concierge offered to retrieve our vehicle for us. Convenient spot across the street for checking in.

Nothing -- it was so wonderful I had to re-check my prepayment to ensure I hadn't made a mistake. Best value and perhaps the nicest hotel we've ever experienced!

I found the bar staff very inefficient. I’m not sure what the problem was but we were seated for 5 minutes before being asked for our drink order. We had not even been given a drink menu. I asked for menu ….which we received. Eventually our order was taken, it was prepared very promptly because I could see it sitting on the bar waiting for someone to deliver it. There seemed to be lots of discussions going on between the front of house bar staff. In summary we went for a drink 25 minutes before we were due in the restaurant at 8pm and got our 2 drinks 20 min later. I had to take my drink with me to dinner. The dinner menu is a strange mix of Andalusian and other cultures without really hitting the mark. I was somewhat disappointed, however, the food was quite tasty.

Great view of the bullfighting ring and beautiful mountains behind it (photos attached). The hotel spa services were wonderful. Small, but accommodating. Sonia was an EXCELLENT massage therapist. The “spa” (for 14 euros—or half that if you book a treatment) was decent, e.g. Hot tub not really hot but jets were superb. My daughter and I had massages and an hour in the spa (jacuzzi, dry heat sauna, relaxing chairs, quiet) and really enjoyed it. As for restaurants - La Vita E Bella was SO good, we went three days in a row🙄 (food photos attached). Also, a “must” is trying the local tapas at Bar El Lechuguita, which is ridiculously affordable and popular, so arrive before they open (tapas photos are from there). Try everything—then be amazed at how low your bill is. It’s a fun and crazy atmosphere due to its popularity, and the woman who runs it is like a maestro conducting a fabulous concert of flavors and table service. This hotel was superbly located within the city - close to the bridge and views that are amazing. Great staff too. Fabulous bathroom with walk in shower. Tea/coffee in-room, a safe, great bedding, blackout curtains to sleep in.

A little bit of construction noise outside the hotel, but that could’ve been avoided had we shut the window all night.
