Historic building Perfect location ! Very comfortable bed Spacious room with extensive amenities on offer Parking on site
The staff, both at the reception and at breakfast, could’ve been friendlier to guests. At breakfast they were all grumpy and not pleasant, let alone inviting to order something from them. We had two wonderful terraces with a nice view over the bridge, but instead of hearing the waterfalls we were listening to the noise coming from the huge chimney (day and night, non stop) (accompanied with the odor from the kitchen). The jacuzzi bath was very dirty- hadn’t been used for a while - brown water was coming out.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was good with superb views from the balcony.
The restaurant was very disappointing. Dinner was poor - there was little ambience as it was the same room for breakfast with no effort to change. The menu was badly translated from the Spanish to English, and all 4 of our party felt that the food was of poor quality for such a prestigious restaurant , and it was definitely over-priced.

Very well situated to see everything…extremely comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower. We had a small balcony where we had a glass of wine every night and a view to go with it. Granted, this was the most expensive place we have been staying, but since it was in the middle of our trip and we were there 4 nights, we decided to treat ourselves, and I am so glad we did. Our last night we decided to have dinner there, and it was one of the best meals of our trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us……it was worth it.

Cannot beat the location. Wonderful view from the pool area. Close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff.
Did not like having two separate beds, even though they tried to put them together, they were still not close enough to actually be a functioning king size bed where you can actually sleep next to your spouse b/c of the gap in the middle. We stayed in other hotels where they had two single or two full beds that were put together and had something inbetween them to fill the gap so that the two beds functioned like one. Did not like how you had to pick a time when to eat the breakfast buffet, which wasn't much of a buffet. Better off going eat breakfast in town.

It was a wonderful hotel, if you come via car, they said they have limited parking. If you arrive at check in time, I think you probably would get a spot. Their parking lot is under the hotel with an elevator to go to main lobby. It’s perfect. The hotel is in the center of everything and next to the bridge. Our view of the countryside was incredible and had a nice size balcony. You can watch the sunset from your balcony. Comfortable beds and towels.
We’re English speaking and not much to choose from in English, just news channels! Wouldn’t be nice to fix tv with subtitles at least.

Position is unbeatable right next to the bridge. Very clean and nicely appointed room with a mountain view. Call the hotel and ask them about the parking that’s available. We arrived and we’re not sure where to go and it’s very tight at the entrance. My wife ran in to ask how to park the car while I sat in the vehicle. If you have a large car it is really, really tight navigating the ramp down to the parking, bad enough in a Fiat 500. Big parking spaces in the garage and an easy exit. Nice terrace in the bar area looking at the bridge. Breakfast was buffet style and was a little disappointing. Would probably go and eat somewhere else next time.
There are some renovations happening and part of the hotel is covered in a white mesh sheet. There was a bit of banging when we were having drinks on the terrace but thankfully didn’t last long.

First stay in a Parador and couldn’t fault it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had booked a standard room and had asked for a view if possible. They explained that only their superior rooms had views proper of the Ronda gorge and none were a a available (but gave the impression they might have upgraded us if they had). But they made sure they gave us one of the standard rooms still with a great view to the mountains. Very good sized, clean room. Good breakfast included - limited, simple hot options but good quality and plenty else on the buffet. And fantastic location right in the centre of Ronda by the bridge. And with parking (for a fee). Overall great experience, would recommend

Huge room, not typical of Spain. Very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with great shower water pressure. Our room looked out the back and a a big balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. Location could not have been more perfect, literally overlooking the gorge. Everything within walking distance. Bull fighting ring next door. Cute little pool, bar area, and a remarkable (included) breakfast in a beautiful room. Seriously, the breakfast is fantastic. We were only staying one night, and the airlines lost our luggage so we showed up much later without clothes or toiletries (and the stores were closed). The hotel staff did a nice job of providing things for us. Another real plus is that we could park the car in their garage.
Really only one thing. The staff was very helpful but really never friendly. It was in contrast to every other place we stayed. This is clearly a long standing luxury hotel, but still, kinda snobby.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and the facilities are exceptional. But by far the best thing about this hotel is the magnificent view we had from our balcony when we woke up every morning and before we went to bed every night. this was an exceptional stay, and although it was a bit more than some of our other stays in Spain, we have rated that we think it is worth the cost. They are charging. You should definitely indulge yourself and stay at this fantastic hotel.
The only thing we didn’t like was that we didn’t have enough time to spend another night!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location
Room descriptions on booking.com are inaccurate. Be aware that despite the description of the standard double room, not every room has a balcony. We were unlucky enough to get one of the rooms that did not and were unable to change as there with none with a balcony available. This was a big let down for us. booking.com advised that we speak to the hotel, the hotel told us that they've informed booking.com know not every room has a balcony yet they continue to advertise their hotel wrongly. Went back to booking.com customer services over a week ago but no response
