Historic building Perfect location ! Very comfortable bed Spacious room with extensive amenities on offer Parking on site
The staff, both at the reception and at breakfast, could’ve been friendlier to guests. At breakfast they were all grumpy and not pleasant, let alone inviting to order something from them. We had two wonderful terraces with a nice view over the bridge, but instead of hearing the waterfalls we were listening to the noise coming from the huge chimney (day and night, non stop) (accompanied with the odor from the kitchen). The jacuzzi bath was very dirty- hadn’t been used for a while - brown water was coming out.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was good with superb views from the balcony.
The restaurant was very disappointing. Dinner was poor - there was little ambience as it was the same room for breakfast with no effort to change. The menu was badly translated from the Spanish to English, and all 4 of our party felt that the food was of poor quality for such a prestigious restaurant , and it was definitely over-priced.

It's situated right in the centre of Ronda, right by the Puente Romano bridge. The views from our hotel room, overlooking the wider valley and the Plaza de Toros de la Real Maestranza de Caballería de Ronda was incredible, easily the best view I've had from a hotel window. Staff were friendly, and spoke excellent English. A really great place to stay, and walking right outside the door you're inudated with excellent places to eat and drink. Would highly recommend!
Parking was a bit confusing, as was our initial drive into the centre, though would put that down to how busy Ronda was, rather than any relfection on the hotel. We parked in a nearby underground car park, which we were told was slightly cheaper than the hotel's own parking.

The amazing views from our room and garden pool areas. Reception Staff were helpful and informative. The evening dinner was of good restaurant standard, with a full comprehensive breakfast. Best location in Ronda with closeup view of the famous bridge. Large bedrooms with good bathroom facilities. Pretty gardens with a pool and very good pool changing room and bathroom facilities. Friendly bar staff and great coffee served with homemade chocolates. Lovely hotel.
I would only like it to be easier to get to, it’s a drive or train journey from Malaga city. But it’s worth the effort.

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the gorge. There are amazing views and everything in the town is just a few steps away. Also a lovely swimming pool with views of the valley. It’s a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a really useful underground car park which you need in this historic town. The breakfast was the standard Paradore mix of varied buffet and a small selection of hot food to order. Slightly better mix of pastries than you find in many Spanish tourist hotels.
The interior is interesting rather than amazing. Has a slight feel of a 70s conference centre. But the rooms are nice, spacious and some have fantastic views.

Location, location, location! Wow- the location could not be better if I had dreamed it up! First of all, we drove into town from Malaga. The parking lot was conveniently located right under the hotel. The parking lot was much more spacious (and much less stressful) than every other parking lot we have been in in Spain. Having a car made it convenient to explore the lovely White Villages of Andalusia. However, you will not need your car for exploring Ronda itself. For exploring Ronda Old and New, the hotel is unbelievably located, overlooking stunning views of the valley. The hotel is located right next to the Information Office and bullring where as saw an INCREDIBLE orchestra performing, and there is also a stunning little park. The hotel is located right next to the bridge that leads to explore Old Town, which has great history and a quirky little museum. Just across the street from the hotel is a walking avenues of adorable outdoor restaurants where we wandered until late in the night. We couldn't have felt more safe. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast included - with beautifully displayed fruits, breads, jams and a friendly staff. Taking a refreshing swim after a hot day exploring and watching the sunset by the Pool while listening to a musician playing the accordian was a highlight.
I liked everything and felt lucky to have the opportunity to stay there.

Very well situated to see everything…extremely comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower. We had a small balcony where we had a glass of wine every night and a view to go with it. Granted, this was the most expensive place we have been staying, but since it was in the middle of our trip and we were there 4 nights, we decided to treat ourselves, and I am so glad we did. Our last night we decided to have dinner there, and it was one of the best meals of our trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us……it was worth it.

Cannot beat the location. Wonderful view from the pool area. Close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff.
Did not like having two separate beds, even though they tried to put them together, they were still not close enough to actually be a functioning king size bed where you can actually sleep next to your spouse b/c of the gap in the middle. We stayed in other hotels where they had two single or two full beds that were put together and had something inbetween them to fill the gap so that the two beds functioned like one. Did not like how you had to pick a time when to eat the breakfast buffet, which wasn't much of a buffet. Better off going eat breakfast in town.

Position is unbeatable right next to the bridge. Very clean and nicely appointed room with a mountain view. Call the hotel and ask them about the parking that’s available. We arrived and we’re not sure where to go and it’s very tight at the entrance. My wife ran in to ask how to park the car while I sat in the vehicle. If you have a large car it is really, really tight navigating the ramp down to the parking, bad enough in a Fiat 500. Big parking spaces in the garage and an easy exit. Nice terrace in the bar area looking at the bridge. Breakfast was buffet style and was a little disappointing. Would probably go and eat somewhere else next time.
There are some renovations happening and part of the hotel is covered in a white mesh sheet. There was a bit of banging when we were having drinks on the terrace but thankfully didn’t last long.

It was a wonderful hotel, if you come via car, they said they have limited parking. If you arrive at check in time, I think you probably would get a spot. Their parking lot is under the hotel with an elevator to go to main lobby. It’s perfect. The hotel is in the center of everything and next to the bridge. Our view of the countryside was incredible and had a nice size balcony. You can watch the sunset from your balcony. Comfortable beds and towels.
We’re English speaking and not much to choose from in English, just news channels! Wouldn’t be nice to fix tv with subtitles at least.
