The location was fantastic for visiting Ronda’s key attractions. The bed was comfortable enough and the air conditioner was excellent. Returning to this room after a hot day out was a big relief! We would definitely stay here again, the room was fantastic for the price. Reception staff were also very helpful, .

The rooms were not super private, meaning conversation could easily be heard from inside or outside the room. The door was also quite difficult to unlock without considerable force. While there is parking available, it is a few minutes walk up the road. They make it easy though, you can park right outside the hotel to unload cases and check in, and then move your car to the secure parking later.

The location is really good, quite close of many points of interest, including the bridge. The room is big and beds are very comfortable, we also got a very good travel cot provided for our baby. Would definitely recommend.

Curtains would not close completely (which can be a bit challenging for those travelling with early sleepy babies in summer, like us). The message sent prior to arrival could be more clear regarding location of the Hotel and how to drop off your luggage if arriving by car.. The area the hotel is located there's a sign in the entrance saying is only for authorised vehicles, but actually you can go there, just can't stay for long time, but you are allowed to drop off your stuff before finding a proper parking.

Very good location, good choice at breakfast table, good quality bedding, silky touch, good value altogether. Receptionists were kind and friendly.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel, the room was small and oddly shaped, only one chair fit in. No place to put your bag on, only inside the cupboard floor. The bathrom was big, the towels are old and very used. The biggest negative is the insulation of the building, (heat and noise both) thick mold on thin windows, condensation was running down the windows - we were in March, temperature was around zero outside. Air condition was old and didn't work effectively, luckily, there was a mobile heater too in the room. It felt like the bathroom of the neighboring room was in ours

Well situated hotel directly in the centre of the must-see area of town with large a open plaza and park just opposite. Exceptionally spacious rooms and bath with very tasteful decor. Reception staff very welcoming and arrival by car made easy with large unloading space and a special arrangement with a nearby garage for parking. Good value for money all round.

Breakfast service. The buffet ( good range of items, although a non lactose or soya alternative to milk would be a good addition) was presided over by a morose individual who immediately gave the impression of not liking tourists very much and not wanting to be there at all. Instead of the usual hot drinks dispenser, tea or coffee was provided by this hotel employee. No smile, no "good morning", and asking for a second cup felt like one was creating a disturbance. Some Asian guests who spoke neither Spanish nor English were treated to the worst of all communication solutions - louder and louder repetition of the same words in the hope that eventually the guest would understand. Sadly, an unnecessary negative at an otherwise excellent hotel.

The great location, next to everything in Ronda, 2mn from the Bridge, 2 mn from the best Mirador, 5 mn from the old town, from the shopping street, in the very center of the city, but in a quiet spot. The staff is wonderful, they were all very welcoming and happy to help at anytime, especially Foad who was very professional and extremely nice, friendly, and helpful, it's a pleasure to find out there's still people existing like him. I definitely recommend this hotel and will choose it again for my next visit to Ronda.

The AC was not functional, but nothing that annoying.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Excellent location in the centre of town. Breakfast was superb!

Parking was offered by the hotel at an additional price - at a near by, secure, underground parking. Reception mentioned we might be able to find free parking on the residential streets near by. We did, but sadly found our rented car vandalised the following morning - key scratches around the drivers door handle. We would highlighly recommend using the purpose, secure, parking offered by the hotel - even if this is an additional cost.

The location was fantastic. As central as you could be, within walking distance to everything. The staff were great too. Really nice and helpful. The size of the room and bathroom were a bit larger than most of the rooms we had on this trip so that was nice. Highly recommended.

The elevators were a little strange. We had to take one elevator to the first floor, get off and walk a bit and take another one to the next floor. Only confusing the first time though and only needed the elevator when checking in/out because we had our luggage. Because of it's central location, it was a bit noisy until about midnight, especially when we had the windows open. Not loud like music blaring though, just people dining and talking. On the other hand, it's kind of nice for a little atmosphere and only a problem if you want to go to sleep early, so just put some earplugs in.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Ronda, by the Plaza de Toros ands the Tourist Information Center, walking distance everywhere. The staff is super friendly and very willing to solve any doubts and make the stay as good as possible. When we were leaving for dinner, I stopped by to ask about parking the car in front of the hotel to load the luggage and the person at the reception (a man I unfortunately did not as for the name) asked us about our leaving time, which was pretty early and immediately and spontaneously offered to prepare us a pic nic for breakfast (as we would miss it for leaving before 8:00) and solved the parking issue, which wouldn’t be open at the time we left, leaning us the remote for the gate. It was awesome and very helpful, which really made a difference. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is clean, but a bit old in its structure However, all worked fine.

The Acinipo's location is truly excellent - close to everything you want in Ronda (The Gorge and Bridge, Shopping, Eat-Streets etc) But it's not on the main road and not visible from the main road - just drive into the Bull Ring's big parking area and you'll find it. During check-in, the hotel helps with guidance to and a discount at a nearby parking station. Although location is its big asset, the hotel has everything you need for a comfy stay and offers fabulous value for money.

We like to eat out, so even an offer of free meals wouldn't mean much! They don't need to change anything.

Maria at the front desk was excellent, welcoming, and a great source of information. She gave me suggestions for lunch and dinner that were not the local tourist traps. Additionally, I had a very early morning start for an activity, well before breakfast was served. She packed me a generous picnic breakfast that kept me going all day. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of all that you want to experience in Ronda.
