The location of the hotel is good. The room was facing the hotel interior but it wasn't noisy. The staff was really helpful and they let me leave my luggage for some time after I checked out (but the staff is not always there so I had to collect it earlier than I thought)

The room didn't have too much natural light, but I knew it upfront so I was ok with it. Also before I checked out I was away to get breakfast and once I arrived I found the room's door wide open and my room arranged - and although the cleaning staff came back eventually in a few minutes, I think this is inconvenient as I wasn't gone yet and they could end up redoing the whole cleaning - cleaning could have been postponed until I checked out.

The Wi-Fi was usable, though not particularly fast.

It was a great hotel with a very professional , polite and pleasant manager, Jose and the staff Anna. Very central and close to all site seeing places and every day the room service. It's a great place for holiday and relaxation.

The single room was the smallest room that I have ever stayed in a hotel and there was no fridge in this hot weather for the guests to keep their drinks cold. Also so annoyed with booking.com as the price has changed after I received the confirmation. The booking. Com is conning the customers by their unlawful actions.

The staff at reception are absolutely amazing! They went to every length to make my stay memorable. Great communication, messages with check in details, map with places to visit / eat / drink, bag storage and ensured I made my departing train on time. The location is perfect for bus / train connections as well as being just on the fringe of town and 5 minute walk from old town. The single room I had was basic but clean, comfortable, good shower, good window and ventilation. The wifi is very good.

Wonderful little hotel with very friendly and informative staff in a great location, near both bus and train station , great local eateries and a supermarket and bakers nearby. Cool Andalucian building. Walking distance to centre and all major tourist attractions.

The doors aren’t easy to shut without banging noise. Missed having access to hot drinks on site , and it wasn’t until I was checking out and said so, that I was told that they kept a kettle behind reception

Reception staff was very kind and gave me advice on place to visit, parking, etc even without asking. The electronic key gave me peace of mind that I don't have to double-check if I have a key every time I go out. The room is clean and priced very reasonably. Easy walk to the major touristic sites.

Nothing in particular. It's simple small room, but I knew it, and it was good enough for one night sleep.

The bathroom was a bit small but it wasnt a problem. The room is simple but this is what you pay for. The room was a bit on the chilly side (we were in feb), but they have plenty of blankets.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Starting from the reception they create a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is literally a 3-5 minute walk from all the main attractions in Ronda. There are countless restaurants and cafes around to suit every taste. The price-quality ratio is much higher than the given scale!) Very grateful to the hotel staff!

Nice relatively large quiet hotel. Many rooms face on the inside, making it look a bit like a Moroccan rihad and poor in sunlight. My single room, if small, was quiet, well lit for reading and well kept. Good quick communication with the staff who adviced me in advance about the reception's schedule and allowed me an early check-in.

AC not working properly in my room

Very good position, just 3 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes walk to the center Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room itself was very very small and had only a small window to the "patio", which was covered, so the air was very bad and you couldn't get fresh air in, it was also dark during the day - I felt a bit like in a cell in prison. All in all the value for money was okay.
