Regino was the best apartment contact we have ever had. As soon as I sent him a message at 8 pm that we were confused on how to work the heater, he rushed over to help us rather than writing out some instructions! What amazing customer service!! The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed plus more in it, especially in the kitchen. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the sheets were silky soft. There were plenty of plugs for devices, which is unusual. The location was perfect, at the end of the street was the train station, however, the secure underground parking lot had a designated parking slot for the apartment, the price of which was included in the very reasonable apartment rental fee. It was very quiet and safe. If we return to beautiful Ronda, this is where we would rebook.

The apartment was so centrally located with a free convenient parking space across the road, it was brilliant. The owner Regino was very good with communication with us and explained how we needed to check in. The apartment is in a modern building with plenty of light, very spacious with plenty of space to put our food and belongings. The beds were comfortable and with heating available we were able to sleep well as it was quite cold at night during our stay. Extra blankets would be a suggestion to cut back on the owner's heating costs. The bathroom was spacious, clean and had a window for airing and the hot water was plentiful. We highly recommend this A++++ apartment, it exceeded our expectations and Regino the owner was very kind. Muchas gracias for a wonderful stay in your lovely apartment. WiFi was excellent too. Only Spanish TV but that didn't bother us at all.

To improve More blankets for the beds, though we had the air con inverter to stay warm A tea towel to dry the dishes. Otherwise absolutely perfect.

Excellent location with parking in front of the house. Easy check in/out. Great recommendation for restaurant from the host (Siempre Igual). 10 mins walk from the house to the bridge and main sites. Didn't use the kitchen but it was well equipped. Easy communication with host via whats app.

We arrived late in the day and the heating wasn't on, so it was a bit cold in the apartment. I would suggest for owner to heat the place before arrival of guests.

perfect location to walk around Ronda, and quaint apartment with good ammenities. Quite street, but still very central, very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Could use with a bit of a deep clean on the walls and bathroom, and some bowls for cereal. Furniture was a little dated but still able to be used perfectly!

The price and a good distance from the tourist area. Parking off road in the front garden for my motorcycle. There is room for 2 and a car which there was. Fridge was nice to have.

Bare bones of equipment and no condiments. A bottle opener would have been nice.

Although there were some confusion on the location of the apartment and parking; that is quickly resolved when I call the host.

Host should have informed the name of apartment as stated on the apartment is not Apartment Ronda Luz, instead it is something else (one written on the wall..sorry cannot remember it now)

We are traveler and It was one of the best accommodation we ever had. It seems the owner has thought about everything . Big ,Clean , good kitchen, good location, private roofed parking , comfortable bed Very nice balcony with chairs and table We enjoyed our meals in balcony every evening . Some minutes walking to old bridg and Center

Could do with a little bit of maintenance, bathroom ceiling had mould. the window in the toilet could do with being frosted so that you can't be seen from the terrace above. Air-conditioning units didn't work, there was no way to heat the room. could do with having some spare blankets in the winter months.

Only found out about on site parking after I'd paid to park in multi storey car park. No kettle in the kitchen, only a minor negative, but us brits do like a cuppa in the morning 😊

Great location just near to promenade and all major tourist attraction, but far away not to hear anything - 30 seconds of walk. Private parking in front of apartment and if its booked, host offer free parking in garage 100 m from apartment. Apartment fully equipped. Will stay again if I will be in this location.
