I stayed at this hotel three times over a two week period and had three different rooms. The hotel is very well positioned in the countryside but is literally on the very outskirts of town just a five minute drive from the centre of Ronda. The most important factor in choosing this hotel was the availability of free parking onsite. Finding street parking anywhere in the town of Ronda, even during the winter months, is a very complicated affair. Most hotels in this price range in the centre will charge an extra €10 - 12 per day for parking. The rooms and bathrooms were all clean and spacious. On one of my stays, there was a problem with the mechanism into which you place the key card in order to activate the lights and the heating - it made a continuously loud buzzing noise when the key card was inserted into it. I informed reception of it and not only was I given a different room, but I was upgraded to a bigger and better room. And it's true what they say on their website - the beds ARE all very comfortable. Staff are friendly, attentive, courteous and accommodating. The breakfast room/cafetería offers a simple but fulfilling breakfast menu to get your day started. Very good value for money.

There really wasn't anything at all about the hotel that would justify leaving a comment of complaint or disapproval; neither had I found anything to be of any trifling inconvenience during my stay. In my opinion, the important thing to consider is that any complaint made by a guest should be fair and reasonable, and the corresponding action taken by the hotel to address that complaint should at the very least be commensurate and decisive. In my particular case, the action taken to address my discomfort went beyond the hotel's reasonable obligation and it exceeded my expectations.

We booked an extra night at the Ronda Valley rather than look for accomodation in another part of Malaga as we felt so comfortable at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us tips on the best places to visit and what to do in the area. The room was basic but comfortable beds, 2 pillows and air conditioning as it was so hot. The best part was that the rooms were soundproof, something rare in a rural hotel so we had a great night's sleep. The restaurant / bar was very cheap to eat and drink with excellent quality of local food . It was about a 10 minute drive from the historical center of Ronda, so perfect for visiting the main attractions of Ronda without having to stay in the city centre

Everything was perfect, the room has no mini fridge or tea or coffee making facilities, but the bar in the hotel is very reasonable for buying hit and cold drinks

Although the hotel has seen better days, it was clean, everything worked and the staff were superb. The shower was excellent, the aircon fine and the beds/sheets nice and comfortable Breakfast was excellent, delivered to your table on order. The pool was substantial and clean and fresh although quite remote from the hotel, past some tennis courts...as I said it's seen better days. However the vibe was lovely with locals, tourists and workers mingling around the bar and terrace. We took half board which was very nice. Close to Ronda but out of the hubbub. Quiet and restful.

For the price - I booked the previous day & had a room for 52€ - it was outstanding value. Whilst my room below the roof had an angled ceiling (tricky if 6' tall) & the sink lacked a plug, it was clean and well presented. The dining room felt surprisingly upmarket for the price as was the excellent food. The kitchen obviously makes an effort to present a good well presented menu. Plenty of parking..

Probably not for you if you intend to explore the city (but location good if passing through)

Bed was very comfy and room was spacious One of the staff was very helpful with breakfast and was very polite Views was amazing when you park your car.

Just when went to pay in pounds the receptionist replied without any reason that I had to pay in euros which was fine but was just wasn't told why. Also the receptionist didn't show us to our rooms just pointed which way to go which we found wasn't to far but would of been nice for her to show us where it was.

A wonderful overnight spot, just outside Ronda, with views of the hills and the feel of an old ranch. Wonderful food for both dinner and breakfast. Very friendly staff. Ample parking.

It's an older building, so a little run down, but still cheerful. Not all the staff could speak English, but it's rural Spain!

good value for money, great location less then 10 min drive from Ronda, big parking area. Staff were really friendly, breakfast at the bar was great, seamed very popular with the locals - always a good sign. The food and the service in the restaurant was excellent!

the hotel itself and the grounds & facilities have passed thier best of times and could really do with an update

The hotel was very clean. Our room was large, lovely comfortable double bed. Clean towels, linen every day. The rooms would benefit from having a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We ate most nights in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The pool area was lovely with nice comfortable sun loungers. Overall a fabulous time was spent at the hotel.

On a main road but out of the way, quiet and peaceful, room was big and spacious and views were ok. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. We certainly enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

I don’t think the breakfast was as good as expected but other than that I can’t really think of anything. I saw what I thought was going to be a breakfast buffet but basically got to order something off of a small menu. We did get and bring dinner to our room, and that was good.

Very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when one of our party was ill. Very clean rooms and public hotel areas. Would definitely stay again.
