Excellent location with easy walking access to all parts of the old town of Ronda. The very small hotel is beautifully renovated, very clean, quiet and the rooms are a good size. WiFi is strong and reliable. It even has a lift so dragging luggage upstairs is not an issue.

Since the hotel has only three rooms the host may not be on site very often. Despite advising our arrival time (arriving right on time) and calling when we arrived on site we had to waiting around for nearly an hour to get access. Directions to the parking station from the hotel could be made available and when provided could be a lot clearer. We had planned to make a decision on breakfast each morning but there was nobody on site so breakfast really wasn't an option. This should have been made clearer when booking.

I have booked a room with 2 single beds but that was not the case when we arrived to the hotel. The two beds were next to each other and could not be separated. I have informed the host that this room does not meet our requirement and I have highlighted via my booking that we want two separated beds. That host was a good listener and helpful. She asked us to leave the luggage and go for a beer while she's trying to find a solution. Shortly after, she has upgraded our room to an apartment with two bed rooms. :-)

nothing! we loved the place, surrounding and slept well.

Newer and well located. We had the ground floor room with a large bath area.

Very little advance information on check in so we arrived early hoping we could leave our bags. We were told to return at 2:00. Upon our return at 2:15, we called again and were then given a code to access the key card. Fortunately, a cleaner was there to point us to our room. There were no instructions for all the lights. Everything was so impersonal. Lastly, there was dog food by the front door and it was never cleaned up.

Hospitality from reception/staff was great. Hotel room was big with comfy beds. Breakfast was good start to the day. Location in old town very convenient to walk around.

Location in old town meant no parking allowed unless you live there. Instructions were unclear re. where to find parking. (There was a parking garage in the new town across the bridge...we just didn't know about it.) Grumpy neighbour next door - he was mad at us because we had parked in his space to drop off our luggage.

High-tech facilities: nice TV in the room with Netflix, huge bathroom with big shower, cosy bedroom with reclinable bed. Different settings for the lights in the room. I didn't see any staff, but when I call to the phone they always was very responsive

Even I set the temperature to 20 degrees it came back to 23 and I had to switch off. But in general, it was easy to control every aspect of the room with the main screen

The hotel was in a great location, close to the centre but in a very quiet area. It was nice to have a well-stocked, reasonably priced drink's fridge, even though we didn't really partake. Check in was quick and easy; your representative was friendly and accommodating. The amenities were modern and age-appropriate. We pretty much liked everything about the hotel!

Perhaps not exchanging towels that we specifically did not leave on the floor. We were only there two nights and were happy to not have clean towels.

It was perfectly located and just outside the beautiful entrance you were greeted in the morning with spectacular peacooks walking around as a part of the family. The room was spacious , fresh and clean. The beds were just amazing and me and my fiancé never slept as good as that night . We warmly reccomend Hotel Ronda Nuevo and not to forget to mention the very professional Hotel manager Jeniffer. 10/10. We will for sure be back!

This is an old building redone totally inside and i can see that someone has put a lot of money and effort in rebuilding the location with details better than most modern museums. In terms of facilities - state of the art in the sense that has Electric beds (like the hospital one with the remote control), wireless and up to date TV, climate control where can be a bit fiddly having a central panel for TV, sound, Temperature, lighting, etc. I had a bathroom with toilet and shower and another one with jacuzzi. Location - good, across the bridge if you ever been there before. Despite having only few rooms and a single floor it does have a glass elevator, a beautiful Reception, etc. Ref: Location. - Very good! Within walking distance on all Points of Interest. About 1 min to the Moro Rey gardens - on the same street, 100 steps or less down the road. About 3-4 mins to the main bridge About 10 mins walk to the main shopping road, the park and the Torro arena. (Museum). Overall, nice host despite not being on site on check-in (we've had no access card) or on check-out. Nice people!

There is not possibility of a breakfast onsite because there is no restaurant on the premises. There is no parking near by either and you can take a chance if trying to park on the narrow streets at your own risk and in my case the local residents weren't very happy nor very friendly either. Room was good however very soft mattresses for my taste and starting the AC a bit painful due having to program the timer / each day / time if you want A/C. This probably has to do with my lack of tech skills hence i don't want to blame them. However, for a much better return, the owners should have invested this kind of money in Malaga where I have paid almost 3 times the price for an "ikea type" room (Deluxe!!) at ICON Malabar a day before.

Location right beside the bridge was perfect and everything was within easy walking distance. Peacocks from a local garden wander freely around the street and add an unusual element to the location.

The nearest parking is a little far away but that is not the hotels fault. The area it is in down a narrow cobbled street looks a bit run down but that is more likely preservation restrictions on the old buildings.

Lovely, quiet central location. Plenty of hot water. Clean and well maintained. Helpful staff with location of car park and how to pay

More choice at breakfast. All the cereal was children focused but the clientele was all adult.
