No facilities for cooking not even a kettle for tea or coffee Very disappointed considering this is classed as an apatment

In the middle of the old town. Nice Terrace with chairs ,table and sunbed. Amazing to have the little pool to cool down in. Very quiet. Good aircon.

The doors could not be locked. This beacause the metal to lock det left to the wall was missing. So mather if you locked the door, you easily could push the doors open after they where locked. So no security. The floors could be cleaner. The pool cleaning system/pumps seamed not to be working.

Beautiful spacious room, in the heart of old town of Ronda.

Unclear where and how to collect keys. No local staff available. You can/ need to phone them for support, but it can take some time before they show up.

incredible location with terrace and view on the bridge. we actually staid at Don Miguel because there was a problem with heating at Apartamentos La Ciudad.

Authentic apartment with reasonably comfortable beds and a great lounge area. Fabulous location. Pool area nice.

The shower sprayed water everywhere. The shower curtains are short, and the whole floor gets drenched. Kettle/crockery located outside in communal area which is downstairs and outside near pool. There is no 24 hour reception on-site or daily cleaning.

Minor details such as missing trash bin in the room and shower heads were damaged

There were no dishes, glasses, cups or silverware which we expected in the apartment.

The beds were firm and comfortable but that is about it.

Just a minute before arrival I was called by the host that we cannot take our room becasue the boiler was broken. They wanted to put us into a motel but we were so tired already, we did not want to go to anyother place. They gave us another room, but although this room (nr 10 on the ground floor) had a kitchenette, it had no glasses, plates, cutlery or any pots and pans, no kettle either. We wanted to have dinner inside the room as we were very tired but could not do this (this is why we chose an apartment with a kitchenette but what is the point of one cannot use it? No glasses to drink a glass of water. The owner did not respond to our requests :-( When the orher guests returned to the accommodation above us at 2:45 am, we were woken by the noise that came thru the old wooden ceiling. All the sebtences, steps were heard and the creaming noise when they moved their chairs! All 3 of us woke up and could not slepp back until they were moving upstairs :-( What a dreadful night! Bathroom floor tiles were moving so each time one of us went to the toilet at night, the others woke at the sound of stepping on it. The building itself is interesting,but was not made for a good night’s sleep with plenty others coming and going.I was not happy and was trying to get some discount but was not contacted by the host.It was way too expensive for this night spent there.

Cant give a review on the staff as we didn't see any of them, called when we reach Ronda as asked by email but were more or less left to our own devices found the apartment ourselves and the cleaner saw us in good job she was there. One small mirror in the bathroom for the whole apartment a tiny shower in a corner with waist of time curtain, small veg rack for toiletries this was falling to pieces. Kitchen consisted of fridge and sink nothing else, there was a communal area with appliances but had to find this ourselves.no Wi-Fi even after calling someone for info, when we left still no one?? we just left the keys on the table. No communication to see if we were ok or if we had any questions. Would never return the lack of customer service was staggering.

broken floor tiles bathroom light didn’t work, had to shower in the dark. 3 different wifi passwords given, none of them worked. manager said they would come but never came. literally gave us room key and left. no further contact received. basic accommodation. dark room. gloomy. no water in pool. no kettle. beds were hard. dusty.
