The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was good. The staff was very accommodating and informative. I arrived early from a cruise and I hope the name is right, Maria I believe the morning person checked me in although there were no room available at the time she gave information on things to do, and I had a wonderful day touring, when I got back the afternoon staff had everything ready a perfect day.

The only challenge I had was after getting off the elevator to go to my room there was some stairs I had to maneuver with my suitcase, but there was a cleaning guy nearby and he came and took the suitcase down the stairs with a happy smile.

very confortable bed, good size room area, bathroom amenities were adequate,

the temperature thermostat did not function as expected , also the desk lamp did not function. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, However we did receive a 15% coupon for St-Hubert Chicken outlet situated a few steps away but one must enjoy chicken as an evening meal, which was not our choice. Furthermore for breakfast we had to go outside the premises .

The hotel was clean & inviting. The hotel has a new laundry room. There is a small fee to wash but it’s very nice that the hotel has this option.

The only thing I found odd about this property was that the elevator didn’t go to the floor we were on. It made it difficult to get downstairs with suitcases and back up when we left. The staff did offer help with our suitcases, but I still found this odd.

Good staff 24 hour available. Convenient check in. Cute halloween decorations, my son loved it.

It was nowhere mentioned that the room could be accessed only through stairs. It wasn’t too much but should be mentioned for someone for whom it might be a concern.

Reasonably close to train station.

Had to go down 2 flights of stairs to get to my room … more consideration could have been given in their choice of my room … 80 years old with a large suitcase. The hotel did not appear to be overly busy … could they not have assigned a room that was accessible by the elevator.

Spacious and clean room, free undercover parking and nice facilities in general. The sheets were especially nice!

There was a small drama where my card was charged twice (which happened to the guest behind me as well) but it was solved in about half an hour

There is construction around the property (Aug 2023) and it was still quiet in the room. This was only a pit stop on a longer journey; was easily accessible from the highway. The beds were very comfortable and towels were plush.

The hallway floors are not even (must be an old building that was renovated) so our room door was a hard close. No breakfast included.

Room was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and we were able to speak in the language of our choice. The Barbie's restaurant was very convenient and food great. We ate there everyday. I really appreciated that the room did not have a carpet and the floors were clean. All in all we felt very welcome and I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The only thing I would have liked would have been a better coffee bar in the lobby. The coffee machine was a bit difficult to use for us older generation people :) My husband is up very early and likes his coffee.

Front Desk personnel, Marie & Jamie, were both very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, prompt and professional in providing great customer service.

Major road construction all around the facility made travel arrangements difficult. Luckily it rained most days so the exposed dirt blowing about was minized.

Location, room, bed, free parking and wifi and nice staff.

Only one staff member at desk and huge check in line took at least 20 minutes or more to get to staff member. He was great when it was my turn and clearly not his fault that he’s the only one working but they need to have two front desk staff at the same time.
