Excellent location...within close proximity to all the main attractions; the room was clean and spacious for my 3 kids and me (double queen beds); the bed and linen were clean and comfortable, and cleaning was done daily. Check-in was fast and efficient, and there's ample free parking. The WiFi was great, and the kids loved the pool.

The bathroom floor tends to get wet after showers because the glass is stationary and covers just 1/2 the length of the shower. The breakfast was disappointing. Except for the juice and coffee, it's the same poor choices everyday. At $200 per night, they can afford to provide a better breakfast offering that includes fresh fruits and someone making omelets...at the least. We got breakfast elsewhere on some mornings.

Cozy room with 2 beds and a bath. Just perfect for 2 adults and 2 children to spend the night while visiting Quebec city (about a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel). The room included ample closet space, a TV, a fridge, a coffee machine, and powerful AC/Heating unit. The hotel is very clean with plenty of parking. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. House keeping was also polite and super efficient. They provided us with what we needed. There was a gym and pool included, but we did not use them. We did take advantage of the included breakfast, and it was good.

The window view was facing the parking lot on the main level, (at the side of the hotel). No big deal. We closed the curtains.

Our Room (King) was nice and clean. Our room included a mini fridge which we appreciated because it was really hot during out stay so having cold water was a must. The coffee bar was fully stocked. The air conditioning was strong and easy to use and kept the room nice and cool. The bed was comfy. Bathroom was fully stocked with plenty of towels and complementary soap/shampoo.

Our floor had a lot of families with kids so it did get noisy at some point. Some kids were screaming and crying but we understand its not something the hotel can control. Also, there was a lot of construction around the area.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was good. The staff was very accommodating and informative. I arrived early from a cruise and I hope the name is right, Maria I believe the morning person checked me in although there were no room available at the time she gave information on things to do, and I had a wonderful day touring, when I got back the afternoon staff had everything ready a perfect day.

The only challenge I had was after getting off the elevator to go to my room there was some stairs I had to maneuver with my suitcase, but there was a cleaning guy nearby and he came and took the suitcase down the stairs with a happy smile.

All staff was friendly and welcoming. The property and hotel itself was clean and so close to the highway for us to continue our trip east after a few days in the City. The breakfast buffet was good and coffee decent. The beds and bedding are very comfortable!

A restaurant in house is always helpful but in this case there was such a variety of restaurants nearby that did not pose a problem. With the road under construction the view was wanting but we did not spend much time in the room anyway. The gym does need a fan.

The hotel was pretty clean, and the staff were very helpful. Morning breakfast was good. Close to highway exit We really liked our stay and will return to this hotel for stays

One suggestion, breakfast was good but was monotonous ( same items every day), if they can add variety and change items, then rating would go from good to very good 👍 . Just a suggestion for improvement, not a complaint.

very confortable bed, good size room area, bathroom amenities were adequate,

the temperature thermostat did not function as expected , also the desk lamp did not function. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, However we did receive a 15% coupon for St-Hubert Chicken outlet situated a few steps away but one must enjoy chicken as an evening meal, which was not our choice. Furthermore for breakfast we had to go outside the premises .

The hotel was clean & inviting. The hotel has a new laundry room. There is a small fee to wash but it’s very nice that the hotel has this option.

The only thing I found odd about this property was that the elevator didn’t go to the floor we were on. It made it difficult to get downstairs with suitcases and back up when we left. The staff did offer help with our suitcases, but I still found this odd.

Good staff 24 hour available. Convenient check in. Cute halloween decorations, my son loved it.

It was nowhere mentioned that the room could be accessed only through stairs. It wasn’t too much but should be mentioned for someone for whom it might be a concern.

Reasonably close to train station.

Had to go down 2 flights of stairs to get to my room … more consideration could have been given in their choice of my room … 80 years old with a large suitcase. The hotel did not appear to be overly busy … could they not have assigned a room that was accessible by the elevator.
