The breakfast attendant, Kenneth, I believe was his name. He took pride in his job and was very helpful. Housekeeping was very quick to respond when we would call for clean towels. All of the hotel employees we interacted with were very friendly.

The smoking rooms are on the same floor as non-smoking. The smell lingered in the halls and came into our room each time we opened the door. The lack of hot food choices for breakfast. The breakfast potatoes were very dry and lacked flavor and the scrambled eggs tasted like unflavored mush. The pool could have been much warmer. With the air vents blowing directly above the pool, it made it too cold to enjoy.

The hotel is located right off of a major highway in Ohio within a block of many hotels. There is a large pool, but the hot tub has been removed. There is no giftshop. The room was extremely affordable compared to the other hotels. It is an older hotel that has been renovated. There is a huge Howard Johnson orange Adirondack chair out front for a photo opp. The breakfast spread was nice - toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, folded eggs with cheese, sausage, yogurt, fruit, milk, and waffle makers. There is a fish tank in the lobby and a brochure rack.

The sheets had black marks on them, likely from the industrial washing machine. We were really looking forward to the hot tub, but it is no longer available. The breakfast attendant constantly checked on us and removed our plates - I prefer to eat in peace.

Convenient location off of I-75, able to walk to several restaurants and shopping options. Very pleasant lobby with multiple seating areas, pool in the lobby, fitness room, game room, many table games. Excellent breakfast with good hours. Pizza/snack bar. Balcony overlooking the lobby. Very comfortable beds. Good showerhead.

Lobby noise got pretty high at times, but to be expected on a long holiday weekend and many families staying. Would have appreciated a tighter closedown of the lobby at the 10 p.m. time.

Stayed here for two days with my kids and they loved everything about this hotel. Great friendly staff. Helpful and accommodating. The gentleman working the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Greeted every single person and offered to get them coffee. Bartender Saturday evening was just as fantastic. Very relaxing experience.

Our bathroom was very dated and some parts were questionable. We didn’t complain because the hospitality outshined this flaw.

The property was spacious, convenient, and was in a safe neighborhood. The staff were super friendly. We didn’t go swimming, but there was a nice indoor pool. Pool and ping pong in common area were great down time activities for the kids.

I would’ve liked more breakfast options such as scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. Also, the mattresses could’ve been more comfortable, however the rooms were clean with plenty of space.

We travelled from Scotland visiting my son who goes to UNOH and this hotel was in a fantastic location for us and just of the I75, we stayed for 9 nights. Our room was perfect and had everything you could need. We were able to get an extra bed for $15, which we thought was per night but we were amazed that this was a one off payment and we could have the bed for the duration of our stay, it was handy as it meant my son could stay over when he wanted. All of the reception staff were very helpful and friendly and resolved any issues we had very quickly. Breakfast was fab and just right, again the staff were very welcoming. We tried the Pizza Lounge several evenings and the food was really nice with a good choice and not overpriced. There was a pool too which was a nice touch although we didn't use it but others did. It was busy on weekends with families so was a bit noisier and week days it seemed mostly working people which was much quieter. I would thoroughly recommend anyone stay here and we will definitely stay here again should we find ourselves back in Lima.

The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. The arcade was fun and they also have a big fitness room. The pool area was clean. We had a balcony that overlooked the pool and breakfast was really good and we had a good stay. Definitely will be back again.

The pool wasn’t heated but that’s it.

The property was clean . There was so much to do , from the arcade to the toddler play area , to the pool, it was all great! Any time we came into contact with the workers they were extremely friendly and asking if we needed anything. 100% recommend staying here !

There was two things we didn’t like. There was nowhere to get change for arcade so we had to go search our cars for quarters. Another big problem was that the pool has no towels so we went to swim and had to go back to the room soaking wet because we were unaware .

My family are repeat customers! We've stayed at a few hotels in Lima and this one is by far our favorite. Good breakfast, kid friendly amenities. Also, while there this time, there was a very loud, out of control altercation amongst some of the customers (totally not the hotel's fault) unfortunately we happened to be in the lobby and my kids (8&9) had to witness it, BUT the staff was immediately on it and handled it professionally calling in the police and putting an end to it as quickly as possible.

The beds are SO hard. The tub drained really slowly so taking a shower included standing in a couple of inches of water. And although I don't mind, my kids hate that the last hour of the pool is adults only.

We liked everything. This is probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. Had it all. A game room. Pool table, air hockey table and something else. A nice pool. A little bar and pub. After our long drive we were able to order pizza and wings and did not have to leave. Nice breakfast.

The only thing we did not like was the pillows were way too hard. Nothing else I can think of.
