I had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Lima! The highlight was definitely the amazing breakfast—delicious waffles, crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled and boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fresh fruits, muffins, grits, and a great selection of drinks like milk, orange and apple juice, plus coffee with vanilla, hazelnut, and half & half options. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the location very convenient. The staff was wonderful—always kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I liked the size of the hotel. It seemed perfect for the location.

I didn't like that the pool/hot tub area was closed off for "renovations" when nothing was going on in there AND there was no mention that this would closed before I booked this hotel. I booked here because of the hot tub, and was disappointed is wasn't available.

The rooms were very clean and updated. We had 2 rooms and they were happy to make sure our rooms were next to each other. We had 2 basic double queen rooms but they were perfect. We were there to do a campus visit for UNOH. If my son chooses to go there, I guarantee this is where we will stay when we visit. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was pleasant,comfortable and updated. It was conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and stores.

When we first pulled up, I wasn't sure about what it was going to be like inside. The exterior of the building could use some updating same with the parking lot. We were pleasantly surprised with inside and had a nice stay. They had free breakfast, which was awesome they provided that, but the eggs had a weird taste and texture, and the bacon was thin and limp. Overall, though, that's not really a complaint. Could just have been an off day or maybe just not my taste.

Asked housekeeper to clean my room when she was cleaning across the hall. She didn’t. In fact, she never cleaned my room the whole week I was there. Exercise room severely lacking in equipment. Pool not open. Decent breakfast with good variation. Coffee was excellent.

The breakfast was not really good at all. Atleast not the hot breakfast.the pool was closed for construction.

Breakfast was mediocre. The bacon was not crisp but limp and sausage was rubbery.

Pool was closed the entire time. Location was hard to get in and out of.

Location is perfect especially if you're doing things at UNOH. Easy in/out on the roads. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The railway noise can be a bit loud at night, but you get used to it. Loud air conditioning unit without continual fan but you can open the window.

Grout missing in bathroom tiles, bathroom lock didn't work. No staff at checkout, I waited 15 minutes at 8:30am

The location is perfect, my son is at UNOH. The facilities are always clean when we stay. Breakfast is hot and coffee is plentiful. Staff are always super friendly and helpful.

Our neighbors across the hall seemed to have a gazillion kids and they ran amuk up and down the hall late into the night. They were quieter after my husband asked them to be quiet. I know hotel staff trailed after them picking up the trash they left and cleaning up after them. Nothing staff can do about lousy parenting.
