Really clean and comfortable, very close to shopping and restaurants. Very close to the train station and airport as well.

Guests with tattoos are not allowed to use the hot spring. I have a very small foot tattoo, and I find it so narrow-minded and outdated that such practices still exist in Japan. Just as many other places in Japan, breakfast is quite limited for vegan options. You can at least manage with some rice and vegetables, but honestly, it's high time hotels begin offering at least soy milk as an option.

Cleanliness, great food (breakfast), good location, lots of power plugs and USB charger ports, mineral-rich onsen, nice aroma in the elevator, relaxing music on the TV, adequate parking (exclusive)…

A bit small room size, too hot toilet sprinkler setting that could not be adjusted, misleading label that cosmetics stuff are only for women due to such label in the closed box of amenities (shaving gel was also available in the box, but thought there wasn't any)…

Great breakfast, very dark room, very quiet. Friendly staff. A good selection of different pillows but only if you check in earlier, none left when we did though. Onsen is good.

A little small for 2 people for the price, costs the same to get 2 rooms.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. We enjoyed the pillow menu - it has been hard to get Western-style soft pillows in most hotels in Japan, so it was great to have options here! The rooms were very small, but clean and functional. Free parking is available onsite and across the street. Convenience stores, drug store and restaurants located nearby.

Breakfast was included but it wasn't very good - needed more variety and needed to be hotter.

The hotel was very clean. The onsen was hot and relaxing, and all amenities were provided including toothbrush, towels, shaving kit, etc. The breakfast was also great and had many options. We came and went by car so it was convenient enough for us but I can’t speak to how the public transportation was for this area. I did spot a train station within walking distance of the hotel.

The main parking lot was small so we had to park in a secondary parking which was across an icy road. If you come by car and have to park in the secondary lot, it may be a good idea to park in front of the entrance, check in and unload your stuff and then park. The road during winter is super icy, even with snow boots.

The location is very good. Very near to JR station. Opposite there is a Drug store and Aeon store. Very convenient. Nearby had a laundry shop. The hotel is clean and nice. Staff are great and helpful. The hot spring is great too

Breakfast is good but with limited choices, it would be good if we have more varieties but overall its very satisfied

Only one lift is available and usually it takes long time to wait for it

Brilliant location only a few minutes walk from Sakurambo Higashine train station. Staff was very friendly despite limited English. I like that they even offered facial mask (the cosmetic kind, not the covid kind) if you want. I also managed to go to the female onsen which was an absolutely awesome first time experience. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of choices but sufficient for a light meal.

Room was on the smaller side (compared to others even in Tokyo).

The location is super nice! Love how environmentally friendly they are. Great breakfast as well! Not so many options but you can tell they are nicely made. A great breakfast for a traveller is needed.

The room is a little small.

There is a public onsen within the hotel. Good block out curtains that keep the light out in the morning for good sleep.

Rooms are a bit small for 2 people but fair for the price.
