Location - just five min walk from the old town and Amfitheatre. Very friendly staff at the reception, parking: many places, safe area, Value for money : our room for 4 was simple, but with all necessary accessories; we liked the northern style bed covers - not the FR style blankets, there is even a small frige to store travel leftovers and a kettle with teabags and coffee offer. Great place to sleep on the way to Spain and to visit the area. Easy access from the motorway.

Great location cose to the city centre (10 minutes walking to the Roman theatre), clean and simple room and of a good size (while many french hotels have very small rooms!), comfortable beds, quality linen, excellent shower, good acoustic insulation. Staff is friendly and welcoming. We stayed only one night but all was good.

All was good! Just one information that may be useful for others: private parking is not for free, it cost 10 euro per day , it is in a safe location that is closed by a gate during the night. However, public paying parking is available nearby for a very small fee (this worked perfectly fine for us), and the reception staff is very kind and explain clearly what options are available.

It happens that the breakfast room floor gets dirty due to other guests being uncivilized, especially close to the fruit juices area. I would reccomend to keep it clean because it is not nice to come down for breakfast and see the dirty floor... just an advice ;-)

Parking was fine across the street or down by the magnificent Roman arch - where presumably they would have parked their chariots. The location was superb as it was a short walk into the old town and the Sting concert at the astonishing Theatre Antique d'Orange. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Most of the staff seemed to be smokers. My first glimpse on arrival was a group of them smoking outside the back door in the car park. On the first night around 9pm there was a group of reception staff smoking outside the front door so you had to walk through the smoke to go inside. Perhaps this is normal for France, I don't know. On the first morning there was no hot water in my room, number 221. I did tell reception and so I had hot water for my second night. It would have been lovely to have had real cups and glasses in the room instead of paper and plastic cups. That would make a huge impression!

Very functional hotel but the best part was the caring staff. Good location I liked it that they offered a smaller, more economical breakfast option alongside the big spread.

In general I prefer quaint, small hotels, but the 2 I had stayed in before in Orange were full so I chose Kyriad. It was certainly fine but had more of a business and family feel. Lighter, brighter colors in the lobby would be good.

I hate to say it, but I usually sleep much better in a bland, air conditioned, soundproofed box like this than somewhere with more character. Great value, great night sleep, job done. A bit soulless but who cares?

They didn't have anywhere inside to store my bike - but maybe I am neurotic about that :)

Good hotel - great location. Good restaurant. Super breakfast and evening meal. Hotel staff were exceptional. Friendly and caring. Fabulous staircase show-casing local artists. Recommend this hotel if visiting Orange.

Bathroom a little small - (for a big bloke) - but well appointed, neat and clean.

The hotel is in the centre of Orange, just a couple of minutes to the Triumphal Arc and the historical centre. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was truly reach (as for France :) ). The hotel is not new, but we liked it climate. We had a main door code so we were totally independent.

It could be a bit cheaper.

Location was great a few minutes walk to old town snd to the Arch. Beds very comfortable. Staff was very helpful as we required gluten free diet snd they ensured our dinner was safe snd it was very good snd a great value. Kettle and small fridge in room was great to have.

Great location the menu saying steak and it was really a miserable beef burger. I asked for medium rare and should have been told not possible. However I complained and manager did not charge. He is excellent sadly I don’t know his name
