It's close to Jalan Mohamed Toha and its incredible warungs! We had such a lovely time! The staff is helpful and English is spoken, breakfast is very good, everything was just great.

Maybe the sound proofing could be a bit better, since the hotel is so close to a few mosques and the night time call to prayer can wake one up. Other than that it's all amazing!

They have excellent staff, from the first person we met till the last person we said goodbye are helpful and service-oriented. We realized that we stayed in long national holiday, but we're amazed, Neo 100% ready to have more visitors

Well, I expect Neo Cirebon to quickly expand their hotel there, the demand are high and not many could provide good service as good as Neo Cirebon

Stay there for 2 nights,to attend my friend daughter wedding, the room very comfortable n clean too the staff very helpful,location is good,around 10 mnt from train stations.

Clean room, nice breakfast options, Free valet parking.

Room is a bit less spacious due to wooden partition which intended to bring tv closer to bed. The double door lift sometimes open to wrong side, exposing dirty back alley, no AC on corridor, Breakfast menu could be improved to include more western menus.

1. Cleanliness of the room, especially the bedding set and the welcoming drinks that gives us 4x550 ml of water. You are also provide the little freezer. 2. The breakfast menu are satisfying.

1. Given the room "226" (meaning the suite room at level 2) doesn't have the view of the sea you have promised. 2. Too many guest waving and talking around in the alley of second floor. This happen almost all the time since we entered the room. Probably they are part of the wedding family.
